Bought a 2018 Mini Countryman Base model pre owned and have loved everyday with it. Only had one issue and that being something with the Valve Gas Breather. I have yet to fix it yet and it’s been about 3 months. Doesn’t cause any noticeable performance issue (besides the decrease in fuel mileage), just the check engine light on. Other than that, I drive this around the island. Very easy to park and maneuver around. I am planning on getting the newer Mini Countryman about 2 years after they’re released so they can work out all the kinks and stuff.

They were really nice and and my family and I were able to test drive the truck within a day of seeing it and bought it the next day and everything went smoothly because they knew what they were doing.

Purchased this used for my son at a great value and it is a very engaging car to drive. Whats remarkable is how it has almost everything my BMW X7 has in terms of tech. It has plenty of pep and the ride is what I expected for a sporty small vehicle. Interior room is more than expected and the sunroof is much quieter than my BMW that you will forget its open. The build quality is better than any vehicle in this segment and MPG is better than what they list on the specs. Handling is precise and braking is grabby until you get used to it. The only negative is the Run Flat tires which I will replace.

My experience start to finish was nothing short of excellent. I live in Wyoming and saw a car I’d been searching for for many months. It is a used car but the quality and attention to detail shows better in person than did in the photos! This is a first class establishment and I am really happy with my purchase. I’m glad I took the leap of faith working at a distance, I admit I was very hesitant initially. LOVE this car! Feels deluxe and fun to drive! It's as big as any other SUV, lots of stowage for trips. Drive in Standard Mode, ECO Mode, Sport Mode. High technology inside, Bluetooth, diagnostics, alert settings, too many bells & whistles to name them all. Built-in alarm & tracking system. Mini Logo door lights. Very reliable, won't leave you stranded.

Oil change. 7:30am appointment time. Finished & on the road by 8:10am. Awesome turn around. Very professional. But also very personable. Greeted immediately upon arrival. Processed quickly. Top notch service.

Performance, very good. Excellent Mileage, Maintenance & Service is affordable. Service & Sales Support is fantastic. The Mini is excellent in comfort, with plenty of leg and headroom!

Building being remodeled, check in still personalized. 106,000 miles and the first thing to go wrong with my car, very impressive maintenance performance (2015 Honda Civic Si). This MINI is significantly more comfortable than our previous one. It sacrifices very little in maneuverability or performance, for the huge gain in ride comfort. The ECO mode really quiets the car and smooths the ride while traveling on interstate highways, and the Sport mode tightens the suspension and quickens acceleration, making a country road blast more exciting. Reliability is light years ahead of the R-series MINI's. For those who owned and were burned by the R56, R55 or R60 MINI's, the F-series are worth a second look.

I did not buy anything, but when I visited the dealership, I found the employees to be friendly and helpful. The salesman I worked with was Mark and he was very nice and responsive. Despite the fact, the dealership was extremely busy that day, Mark came and met me within a few minutes of my arrival he was able to juggle several customers at once and allow me to test drive the vehicle I was seriously looking at.

The car was as advertised. Price negotiations were painless and easy, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and open with the whole process. I paid in cash which helped expedite the process. My salesman followed up with me within a week after purchase to see how my trip home from Colorado Springs to the 4 Corners area went. I highly recommend this dealership!

When I first did my research on Reel's Auto, I was a bit skeptical since the vast majority of reviews were 5-stars and I figured there was a possibility that this dealer could have bought fake reviews or paid to have negative reviews removed. I can confidently say that after visiting the Chardon branch yesterday, I have full faith that every single 5-star review is well-deserved and accurate. I visited Reel's Auto to purchase a 2016 Ford F-150 from Micheal Ostello. He was more than gracious to me and my wife, answering any questions I had about the truck. He allowed me to take the truck for a few hours up to a Ford dealership so I could pay for my own inspection. When I came back and made a reasonable offer, Micheal and Dan did not hesitate to accept it and start the paperwork process to get me approved for a loan. From my experience, this organization is one of the most genuine businesses I have ever had the pleasure to work with, and will most definitely be coming back for any future vehicle needs and recommending them to anyone else.

The salesman was knowledgeable and where he didn't know the answer, he researched it and came back with the answer. The car was as good as he reported on the phone. They allowed me to take the car to STL to have it inspected for MO inspection. Since we live 1.5hrs away, they sent a contact to meet halfway with the paperwork after we agreed to the sale. It all made for a pleasant and professional experience.

my wife and I were looking for an MDX, had been looking several weeks, when we recently stopped by Jerry Hunt Auto...we were assigned to salesman, Axel Camargo, who was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we desired. Typically don't write reviews, but buying from here was a relief compared to the other dealerships I went to on the same day. I didn't go through a telecom service, the salesman Lisandio contacted me directly, and gave me any information he could when I asksed. When we were done and I said I'd like to look at other offers, he said cool, let me know if your still interested. I went to Echo Park next. They tried to pressure me into buying, could barely tell me anything about the vehicle, the vehicle was in bad shape, and all service was automated in a bad way where you get left wondering if anything is happening. So I went back to Schomp, Lisandio had got me financing despite the car being older than 10 years, he walked me through everything. Schomp also did more service work on the vehicle too, new brakes and tires.

Excellent experience. That is all i have to say. It was excellent. Second Subaru i have bought there. Great dealership.
