A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

Over the years I have purchased cars from top Porsche, BMW and Mini dealers in Spokane, Seattle, Portland, Salem, Eugene and San Francisco. My experience at Seattle Mini ranks at the top of the list. Buying a new BMW here was a no pressure, casual affair. There was no high pressure. We used the Costco auto program and got the discounted detailed price for every option that we wanted.

Richard Knoll was excellent, professional, polite, no pressure, and explained everything. I brought my X3 in for a recall item. I appreciated Richard's assessment that my tires were good for another year. My car was returned to me washed and beautifully cleaned inside and out. It looked like new.
