With covid and with a 7 month old, we really didn’t want to spend hours and hours at the dealer. We worked most of the deal out over the phone and had minimal to do when we arrived to test the vehicle and sign paperwork. Sean made my experience seamless! He provided me with transportation to and from the facility following a flat tire. Even though the service center was incredibly busy he fit me in and completed not only the tire change but an oil change and brake replacement.

I had a recall and was given a loaner car because one of the parts was not suitable for my car. The technician was able to locate it at another dealership, picked it up and worked late to finish the job, so that I had my own car back for the weekend. Thanks so much!!??
