I would have given a 5 if the loaner car section had done a better job. Got a dirty car with crumps and gum wrapper in it. Just gave me the key and I had to figure out the car which was very different of mine. Got stopped by police because no front license plate. Loaner car should be to VA regulation standards.

Schedule an oil change on Tuesday they said I can come the next day. When I got there they said it was a a 2 to 3 hour wait and it was. They kept me informed throughout the whole time. They sent pictures and a video and before you know it the car was ready. They had complimentary chips and drinks just in case you felt hungry. And I like to think corporate for the coupons that was a major plus. Thanks.

Bought our Mini here. We bought in 2013. This is the first time we’ve ever continued getting a car serviced at the dealer after the warranty ran out. Why? because their courteous and the repairs happened without any “surprises “!

With incredible patience, Jay walked us through how to accomplish the software update, pausing patiently while I jotted down notes so we’d know how to handle the next update. Jay also took the time to help us explore & understand other aspects of the new Mini’s impressive technology. We felt far more confident in our ability to use & enjoy our new car thanks to Jay’s thorough, thoughtful approach. Great experience! I was looking nationwide for a good deal, and I found it here. Sami was wonderful, fully dedicated from the beginning to the end of the process. I was able to negotiate the price for my trade in comparison to other dealers and websites. Edgar, the manager made the process very easy and less than two hours I was out of there. My 3 hours drive was definitely worth it.
