The engine light was on in my Mini Clubman, and the car had a shake during idle. Turned out the warning light was because of heavy contamination on the Venturi valve. It was essential to fix this, required waiting a day to get the part, and the fix was done by 9am the next day. The shake was because of a loose engine mount. Not critical yet but noticeable. We decided to wait on this while I decide on my next steps - fix, or get another car, which I have been thinking of anyway. Meanwhile they loaned me a Mini convertible. Real fun for a whole day!

I came in and was seen at my appointment time. I was impressed with the video that showed my car during the maintenance process. I was also happy to see what the 52 checkpoints were, and that my vehicle passed everything. Customer service was top notch. My overall experience was a happy one.

First time at the dealership. Just bought my I daughter a used Mini and wanted to take the car to a Pa. Inspection center familiar with the brand. Had a great experience from the service crew and I was in and out quickly including a wash.

The team at BMW of South Miami took the time to show me what I’m h family was getting for the extra money and found a way to make it fit in the budget. No issues, vehicle was repaired in a timely fashion, and I was able to use a loaner so I wasn't suck in the Dealership for 5 hours waiting for my car to be serviced.

I was so happy.

Mini of Sterling, in particular our Service Manager Jeff, are stellar. We've taken our vehicle for minor service elsewhere, just for convenience of distance, but we always return to Sterling. Their service and knowledge or indispensable

Typically don't write reviews, but buying from here was a relief compared to the other dealerships I went to on the same day. I didn't go through a telecom service, the salesman Lisandio contacted me directly, and gave me any information he could when I asksed. When we were done and I said I'd like to look at other offers, he said cool, let me know if your still interested. I went to Echo Park next. They tried to pressure me into buying, could barely tell me anything about the vehicle, the vehicle was in bad shape, and all service was automated in a bad way where you get left wondering if anything is happening. So I went back to Schomp, Lisandio had got me financing despite the car being older than 10 years, he walked me through everything. Schomp also did more service work on the vehicle too, new brakes and tires.
