New and used 2026 MINI Hardtop Cooper S for sale near Marblehead, MA

Not sure why all the poor reviews, but I have had nothing but positive experiences with this dealership. As for someone that has had many, many cars in my lifetime, buying my 3rd BMW was a no brainer and this store seemed to have more stock of certified cars than any other. Ill always gravitate back to a Herb Chambers, since I bought two Lexus from the Sharon store and had a great experience with their sales and service (although I would never by another Lexus, but thats a different story). Herb Chambers dealerships are all about exceptional customer service and great relationships for the long term which is what I like. From start to finish, this dealership had great communication from online, text and in person and Ahmed, my sales person was exceptional, friendly and professional and I could not ask for anything better. Great service, great people and quality cars , I would highly recommend this dealership. The location is not ideal, and it is a smaller dealership with mostly cars in the showroom, but they do an excellent job.

If he says he?s going to do something, it gets done?promptly and professionally. That level of reliability is rare and makes a huge difference in the overall service experience. I?ve interacted with others in the shop, but no one comes close to the level of care, attention, and integrity he brings. Quite honestly, he is the only reason I continue to stay a customer. BMW is lucky to have someone like him representing their brand. If you?re looking for someone you can truly trust with your vehicle, he?s the one.

Elijah and the service team did a great job of inspecting, repairing updating us on the condition of the vehicle. I have never had a bad experience in the 30 years of dealing with BMW of Rockland, they have the best customer service!

Oil change today and Mark in Mini service was excellent. He was right on with 1.5 estimate on time.
