I was very pleased with my service advisor Brandi. She was able to secure me a loaner car in my time of need and kept me informed on the needed repairs. The repair costs were extremely expensive. This was the second time having an issue with leaking coolant this year.

Marco was excellent. I had made a same-day appointment for my tire pressure light staying on. He quickly discovered that there was a leak in one of the tires. He was very happy to inform me that my tire was under warranty and being replaced for free. He said it would take an hour and a half but it only took 25 minutes! And they even washed my car! I am always so happy with the treatment I receive And the service of my car at Toyota of Plano. I won't go anyplace else!

This car is easy to drive, beautiful color, good on gas, handles well on cornering. Nice price and great tires too. This is my 3rd mini, so I love them!

Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.

Our BMW X5 was just out of warranty and would in need some costly repairs. On the fly, my wife and I️ went to Sewell Subaru since we love the dealership. Unfortunately, where we are with our finances we needed our X5 paid off and a lower payment on the Subaru. We were headed towards leasing and this situation helped us. Will worked with our monthly figure and was super duper patient, helpful, fill up our gas and washed our car twice. He was super transparent and helpful in getting us comfortable. We leased a 2020 Ascent Touring and we love the SUV with so much more space for the 3rd row. After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

I got a wonderful car from Imported Motor Cars in Maine. It’s a beautiful car, incredibly fun to drive, and surprisingly fits tall folks well (my husband is 6’5”). The 2016 model is high in reliability according to CR, and I haven’t found it to be different. It has great gas mileage and is pretty good in snow.
