With covid and with a 7 month old, we really didn’t want to spend hours and hours at the dealer. We worked most of the deal out over the phone and had minimal to do when we arrived to test the vehicle and sign paperwork. I read a lot of reviews mentioning Fred and I full heartedly stand behind everyone who has said he was amazing to work with. He helped make this a seamless and enjoyable process. My husband & I, both in our mid-seventies, recently purchased a 2025 Mini Cooper. Its technology systems are far, far more sophisticated than what was available on the 2016 Mini we traded in.
