The buying process for me was actually very fast and easy. I know if I have a problem with my vehicle, they will give me truthful answer. I've recommended my friends to use this dealership.

Had taken my MINI in due to a battery discharge issue. They gave the car an entire inspection and ended up replacing the battery. Very good service.

Everything was good. I am still very disap[pointed in the new rental policy, because my truck has been in three times, for unrelated concerns, and rentals have cost me quite a bit. Of course, this doesn't affect the great service!

Gary, my service advisor, got my vehicle in, completed the requested service in a timely manner and kept me informed throughout the process, including arranging for a shuttle when I needed it while I waited for my vehicle service to be completed. It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.

As is the case with most people, car shopping is not on my list of favorite things to do but my current car was not reliable, so I had to start the car search process. I had not purchased a car in 10 years, so it was a bit of sticker shock in today's market. After reviewing what was available on the internet, I ventured out to the local car dealerships. My first stop was at Fitzgerald Outlet Center on Highway 19 in Clearwater, Florida where salesperson Joe Mozzone showed me the current inventory and described the Fitz way of doing business (upfront about all fees and no surprises at checkout). I did see a Jeep Grand Cherokee I was interested in for which Joe gave me the details of the car. Being that this was my first stop, I left to view other dealerships in the area. After going in and out of all the local dealerships, I realized the best car and price I saw was at my first stop, Fitzgerald Outlet Center so I went back there. it was a little late in the day and it was a Saturday. I took another look at the car and took a test drive with Joe and decided this is the car for me. I had explained my credit situation and they were able to work with me to get a decent interest rate and to get my check payment processed even though they couldn't get bank verification due to the lateness in the day on Saturday but they took my word and processed the payment. As stated in the initial talk,there were no hidden fees at checkout. The staff stayed well after hours on Saturday for me to complete the deal whcih was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Joe Mozzone and the Fitzgerald Outlet Center.

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

Imad and Manny were super friendly and understanding of my situation and we worked out a very reasonable compromise that we both were happy with. I greatly appreciate their professionalism and willingness to take care of my family.

My boyfriend bought his car from Carmax and it was a great experience. So when I needed a new car I looked at Carmax as well. They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. I told him what happened the previous day and said I would be keeping my car because I needed a good rate and didn't want to be making crazy payments. He said, I hear you and totally understand, I'm happy to help you whenever you're ready. Just so you know when you are ready I have a good rate for you so I know we can find you something to make you happy. I was surprised because the other dealership said we couldn't get close to what I needed. Well folks, I'm in a new car, my payments aren't crazy and I have peace of mind. Excellent Headroom, Excellent Legroom for a six footer, Plenty of Power with the 3 Cylinder, Not much room for a mother-in-law in the back seat, that`s okay.

I loves mini, its simple cute and small car but has power. And the space isnt too bad. The gas consumption is also not much. A bit expensive for maintaining but its worth it.
