Though I intended to purchase a used vehicle with a much lower sticker value than most of the cars on the lot I was treated with utmost respect and friendliness, from the office staff to the mechanic to one of the partners. They understood we had driven a couple hours amidst the coronavirus pandemic and worked quickly and easily with me to take the car home that evening. They honored the out the door price we had discussed prior to arrival and even shipped parts they were unable to return to Toyota at no cost to me.

We bought a LYRIQ this weekend. Our salesman was Martin He was awesome in his knowledge of the EV we purchased. It was delivered by Martin Saturday evening. Sunday morning we couldn’t get it to start(our stupidity) not knowing it starts when you don’t even it’s started. Martin was kind enough to come over Sunday morning to help us. We were so appreciative. Also “Coach “ gave us excellent info on how the car operates and help w getting a charger put in our garage. In the end we were extremely satisfied. So 5 out of 5 stars !!! Best sports car for the price. Excellent condition has been garaged & all maintenance Records too! New tires & oil changes & filters. Can fit golf clubs/cart too or skis. Won’t last because of how cool it looks & performs!
