I love my Mini Cooper! 2013 base although base model very similar S same engine Dual sunroof on border diagnostics keyless entry 100 hundred secrets ! I’ve found most.! I haven’t up graded much I don’t buy rims. I don’t like silver. I Don’t like it doesn’t have hot cold gadge oh, you can check it on your diagnostics while driving. It does have child safety locks. Someone says it doesn’t it does as a matter fact you can set the exactly the way you want

I wish I didn't buy the custom Silverado. I love the Silverado just not the custom. As far as assistance and service it is a great place.

I have had my Countryman S for about 7 months and 2000 miles (I have two other cars). It’s Chili Red with Petrol Blue interior. My favorite points are 1. The interior. If you love interesting fun interiors as I do then you will love it. If you try to avoid black interiors and exteriors you eliminate 90% of the cars other make. With Mini, you can get perhaps the most fun interiors anywhere and the Vescin seems comfortable enough. Just with they had ventilated seats. 2. Power, FINALLY Mini got a full BMW tune given you pay about the same price. It is plenty quick and I get 33-36mpg on the highway all the time. Drops much lower zooming around town. 3. Appearance and layout. I like the unique appearance, low roof line for kayaks and plenty of room for the kind of car it is. Negatives: 1. Electronics. Had several updates since I bought it and it has improved a lot but will take some getting used to. Use the favorites menu. Everything is pretty much forced onto the center screen. Sometimes Mini does things to be cute rather than practical. Rather than a start button it uses a flag toggle key you turn off and on like an old fashioned key. If you have to change cars like I do it’s confusing. 2. Center console. Basically, there is not one. There’s a little clam shaped compartment the size of a clutch purse. The armrest doesn’t open. Wasted potential. You will hate this if you are used to piling layers of stuff in a huge center console. Glove box is minimal, too. Neutral. 1. There’s no screen behind the wheel but there is a heads up display. Frankly, after awhile I don’t miss it at all. The heads up is excellent but it takes a little getting used to. 2. Suspension is a bit stiff like all Mini’s. Makes it sporty but trade off is feeling most road imperfections. It does take the top off bumps well but it’s a trade off. In summary, the reliability has been good AFTER the electronics updates and most things work well. It is just so fun to drive and look at inside and out that really I am not sure what I’d rather drive. You might cross shop the BMW X1 and see which works better for you. You cannot beat Mini interiors though for just pure fun and the driving matches on what is a practical Mini for a family. Oh, I got it to tow a camper but I have yet to do that. That is a great new addition in my book. I will probably get a kayak trailer.

Personable and professional service advisor at check-in, vehicle was returned with completed recall modifications one day earlier than promised, vehicle was clean both exterior and interior.

I had a wonderful purchasing experience with Edwin Nieves our salesman buying a traded in Lexus. Long story short I called JLR Fort Lauderdale up after a failed purchase at another dealership where they sold the car before I arrived. Edwin picked up the phone at 4 pm and got me the credit application within 5 minutes. Drew even came in on Sunday his day off to complete the transaction with me. They are open on Sundays. The whole purchasing experience was top notch and absolutely speaks to the standard of JLR Fort Lauderdale and how they train their staff. They even detailed the car for us on Sunday before we took it for a final test drive, then sent us home with a full tank of gas. Just like any other place you buy cars try not to buy any of the extended warranties and junk they try to sell you on in the finance office like wheel protection, engine protection on a brand-new car or a car still under factory warranty. I will definitely consider buying here if I need a Land Rover.

It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

I got a reminder for regular service on text from Andrea. I met Holly, my to go person in service dept who is the Setvicr Manager. As always. Holly took care of me. The process is quick and I got my car back cleaned and the service is done in timely manner. I was olso getting a text from the GM about the value and opportunity to trade my car.

I can't recommend buying a car from this location more. Everyone that I interacted with, from the front desk staff to the service advisor was extremely helpful and friendly. All my questions were answered, and I was taken care of every step of the way. It really felt like I was valued as a person and not just a customer. I bought my 1st MINI in 2014, had 4 since then, my son totaled two Countrymans in ‘22, the other two he is not allowed to enter. I would recommend it day and night, fun cars to drive, worth every penny, makes you feel great, it is just perfect in every way. Keep building them “MINI”

I am on my 2nd Countryman! I was always a Mercedes driver as I had 8 of them. I was looking for something a little taller with plenty of room. I needed all wheel drive and I ended up with so much more. This car is sporty, fun great on the snow and so much room. Also let me highlight it is great on gas. There are not enough stars in the rating system for Mini of Towson and Mike Edwards! The entire buying process was amazing. Super fast, courteous, and every detail covered with thoughtfulness. We bought a 2020 Ford Explorer in April our outstanding salesman was Thomas in used cars he took care of us above and beyond and we’re so grateful unfortunately we had issues in August and had to bring our vehicle in the first service technician was not so good kept telling us what they couldn’t do and nothing about what they could then i believe the best service technician stepped in an made this what we were thinking was going to be a nightmare a more pleasant experience and handled all of our issues thank you Thomas our salesman and Glen our service technician for giving us a piece of mind !!!!
