Recently, I experienced the unfortunate event of getting a flat tire while traveling with my senior citizen mother and two Chihuahuas. We were nearing the end of a four-hour journey to visit my college student daughter. The tire had a tear in the sidewall. Although I had a spare tire, it had a “plug” in it, and I didn’t have the necessary tools to change the tire because they had been removed from my vehicle. It was around 5:15 p.m. on a Friday night. My first call was to AAA, but I was informed that I needed to text them due to an extended wait time. I then called Land Rover Roadside Assistance, where the agent explained that a tow truck driver could assist me in about two hours. They advised me to leave my vehicle where it was and put the key in the glovebox. However, given the situation, sitting by the highway for two hours was not an option. I next called Uber, but they informed me of their no-dog in cars policy. My final call was to Land Rover Fort Myers on S. Tamiami Trail. A very pleasant receptionist answered, and I explained my situation. She asked me to hold on, and then Albert Sammelian picked up the call. He mentioned that the porters had already finished for the day, but he would find someone to help me. Albert drove to my location with Paul Vaccari and brought me a loaner vehicle. I was genuinely amazed that they went out of their way to assist us in such difficult circumstances. It was Friday evening, late, and they probably had better things to do after a long day. Their kindness and helpfulness exceeded my expectations, and they truly went above and beyond in helping a customer. Did I mention that my car was also repaired in less than 24 hours? This is an amazing dealership with remarkable people.

My experience with Foley Motorsports but specifically with Fabricio Machado was outstanding. From my first email to him about a specific car, he was professional and courteous about my trade and purchase of the new car. The dealership is top-notch! I have only owned this vehicle for about seven months so far, but it is SO much fun to drive with the top down. The interior is a fun layout with buttons located in easy reach, and it's just a blast. I'm a large man - 6'1" and 275, and I still fit very nicely in it. Great leg room, surprisingly large trunk, and just fun! The only drawback I can see to this car is the visibility with the top up is awful. That said, the car is designed to be driven with the top down, so that makes sense!

They were trying to find the right fit for me , as far as what I wanted. I'm sure I'll see what happens later on. I want all the best information they can gather.

I love, love, love my new Cooper S convertible! She is paying for herself in compliments already. Literally everywhere I go, someone stops me and says "your car is so cute!" She is so fun to drive and it isn't even convertible weather yet lol. I ordered black on black and I couldn't be happier with the aesthetics and performance! I hope she and I have mini happy years together!!

Still relatively new with just over 200mls, but a fun car to run around in. Comfortable ride and pretty zippy with the turbo. Quite surprised how roomy for a small car and can’t wait for a trip to see if it’s comfortable after a few hours in the car

They actually agreed to a trade in value upfront before requiring me to drive four hours and possibly waste an entire day. They honored their word and I was on the road with my BMW within 45 minutes. Contacted Larry Goode to purchase a new Kia Sorento for our school system. First class from start to finish. He stayed in contract with me for several days as we worked through the process. Vehicle was ready to go for pick up on November 28, 2025. Asked him to have all paperwork ready for me and he delivered as promised. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Whenever I take my car to Baron I am greeted by Robert who checks my car in. He is great at remembering who I am and what I am there for. Next I go in an Matt Cannon checks me in and gets me all taken care of either getting me a Lyft ride to where I need to go or a loaner care so I can get home. Matt is a great he always takes very good care of me and makes sure everything is taken care of on my care. He lets me know what is priority and what can wait just a little bit. If you want someone that will make sure you are taken care of you want Matt.
