Ralph is fantastic! So was every other member of the staff we interacted with when we purchased our pre-owned car last month. We were treated like we were buying the most expensive vehicle at the dealership, when I think it was actually the least expensive. Just a fabulous experience!

We have bought our last 3 vehicles from Twin Pine and have been very pleased with every vehicle. So when it came time for us to purchase another there was no doubt where we wanted to buy from. I worked with a gentleman named Quinn who was So patient, kind and informative. He brought us like 7 vehicles test drive and never seemed annoyed or trying to hurry us up. Unfortunately when I reached out to Quinn to buy a few months later I was informed that he was no longer here. The gentleman that texted me back was helpful as well and in high demand. We quickly text drove the vehicle and then started the paperwork for my new used car.

Excellent service from the sales agent, Mark, the sales manager, Damon, and the finance manager, Thomas. Very smooth process. They gave me a fair price for a maxed out Clubman, assisted with my end of lease process and price on my BMW and I drove the new car home within a few hours of walking in the door. I experienced a little hiccup with this dealership, but it was quicky resolved by Mr. Paul Nogrady. After speaking with Paul about my issue, he assured me that he would "make things right." I must say, Paul didn't make things right, he actually MADE EVERYTHING BETTER! The vehicle that I purchased was BETTER than the one I initially wanted. It was a very good experience. The Salesmen wear professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Presentations of options were low-key and not “pushy”. I subsequently encountered a service issue, and that was adressed in a very accommodating and efficient manner.

Absolutely amazing. He was very thorough with the paperwork and explained everything very well. Everything was very smooth and easy! I saw the car, test drove it, and finished the paperwork all within about two hours. The car was in great condition as stated. He was very accommodating and takes great care of you. I brought my Transit Connect for "The Works" to the Service Center for an oil change, etc. today. Was greeted by Paul Rubin, Asst. Svc. Mgr. who assisted through the process and kept up informed throughout the visit. He was sooo helpful and nice and even helped me with syncing my phone to the van. Will definitely ask for his assistance when I go back again. Thanks Paul for quality care.

Great experience with buying and servicing at Mini of the Main Line. I bought my pre-owned Countryman a few months back. It was a simple buying experience. I called, they had it, I went, I bought. Not a pressure environment at all. Then, 3 months later I took it in for service and it was awesome. This is my first Mini purchase and I really loved the urban atmosphere of the dealership. Really cool and not traditional. All in all, I'm a happy camper and would recommend then to family or friends who are looking to try out the brand!

I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.
