I interacted with many dealerships big and small to choose my new vehicle. I LOVE how easy it is to talk with this dealership. When you make contact they put you in an optional text chat so anytime you have a question you text it and they get back to you usually very quickly. We worked with Garrett and even. Though we were very wishy washy and changed our minds on what we wanted many times he was very patient and helpful. He also gave many suggestions that actually we turned out to love better than what we were originally looking for. They worked hard for us on financing and options and gave us several options to choose from. After the sale Garrett didnt disappear...he still answered our messages and talked with his manager about some questions we had. We were very happy that he helped us even after the sale! It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

Ron was courteous, efficient and helpful. He spent a lot of time explaining the new features. He also provided me with the garage door opener which is no longer featured on the new Hondas at no cost. He always goes out of his way to help and be there when you need him. They don't make them any better than Ron.By the way this was a lease and not a purchase.

Phoenix (my mini) is sporty when needed, eco friendly when needed Or a dynamic blend most of the time. This car is perfect. Love him!

Chris Adams helped me to get my backup camera working again when backing up by telling me how to reset my camera . Chris saved me a service appt and money. Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!

I am on my 2nd Countryman! I was always a Mercedes driver as I had 8 of them. I was looking for something a little taller with plenty of room. I needed all wheel drive and I ended up with so much more. This car is sporty, fun great on the snow and so much room. Also let me highlight it is great on gas. I have had a very good experience with the sales team! I bought with Evan Williams. He still checks in! The service department is so professional and I can't say enough positive things about Mini in Glencoe!

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

What a fun day we had with our salesman, Ron Zontini. He made the car-buying process easy. Despite the anxiety of purchasing a vehicle and the unfortunate demand during this pandemic, we got through it unscathed. It helped that we did our homework. Ron gave us all the right answers to our questions. We drove off the lot with a gently used Dodge Durango. We also traded a vehicle that we were happy to part with!

They are super helpful beginning to end. Dave busted his butt to make sure I had the car I wanted and made sure I was satisfied with everything. He always asked me for any questions I had and he always had answers for me. He did everything on both ends with not only making sure I got the car but making sure I got approved for a loan to be able to get it. I got the key within just a few weeks. Him and 8-11 motor groups are fantastic. 8-11 actually makes you feel like you matter!

I correctly assume the technical competence of the service providers at Germain Honda and you can’t match their friendliness. Because of age and disability, they allowed me to remain in my car for an oil change but denied me the carnival ride with it on the hoist to change the tires. Instead, they picked up and returned the car from my home to provide this service. Their “going the extra mile” in this way has been my experience with them over the years and I an deeply grateful.

Eddie, Robert and Olivia at Opus did a great job helping me purchase a vehicle from Tennessee 500 miles away from their dealership in Michigan. This is our third MINI. We have a 2008 Cooper and a 2013 Countryman. It's become an addiction. Usually, by the time we pay off a vehicle we want to replace it. Not with MINI. We love ours and the 2016 Countryman is no exception. It's larger than the 2013, but it's still familiar. I'm the shortest at 5'9". Hubby is just under 6' and our son is 6'2". We all feel like the MINI's were designed for tall people. We refer to them as TARDISes because they are bigger on the inside. Smooth ride. Comfortable handling. Safe. Extremely reliable. Stylish. Would highly recommend.

Great upgrade, gets good gas mileage, and I love the sporty feel to it. The interior is perfect and has the comfiest seats. Everyone that comes into my car tells me!

Victory Motors is Awesome! I started off having a bad day with Honda's service department, i won't mention which location. So far so good. Test drove many cars at other lots and drove garbage. Went to X Drive and the moment I drove it for only 2 minutes, I knew it was it. Amazing vehicle so far so good. No complaints. Great customer service. Got an extended warranty, I totally recommend them. Even negotiated my price and worked with me. Very honest people.

I will more than likely never own another car again, the handling, the comfort, the aggressive acceleration and the look of the 2005 R53!!! Mini cooper S is the funnest car I've ever driven, also the most nimble, gives you the entire road to make whatever decision you wish. and will do exactly what you ask of it! I LOVE MY MINI!!!!

I had been trying to find a car for my daughter for about six months. I found one at Sesi Mazda in Ann Arbor. I called the store and talked with a salesperson named Heather and she was the best car salesperson I have ever had. Most of them don’t know a thing about what they are selling but she was very knowledgeable about engines, transmissions, and everything car related. I am a car guy and that was refreshing. I pulled up and checked out the vehicle for quite some time and nobody hawked me, I hate that! When I was ready I went in a met with Heather and was treated excellent and professionally. The owner even came over to talk to us. I bought the car and it was painless. It was the best car buying experience I ever had! This dealership sells cars the way it’s supposed to be done!

Great car to drive and easy to park and great on gas plenty of legroom . With the seats folded down offers plenty of cargo space.

I think it is a great vehicle! I believe it will serve us well in the years to come. I will be driving 30 miles one way each day and needed a trust worthy vehicle. This is our second Mini and they have been just what we need!
