I have purchased several cars in my lifetime. My experience with BMW of Salem was fantastic. I was initially contacted via email by Ryan when I inquired about a used vehicle for sale. The follow up was appreciated and setting an appointment to test drive the vehicle. When we arrived to the dealership the car was parked out front and ready for us....no usual waiting for this or that. Ames took us out on the first test drive and was very pleasant. I worked with Ryan, Ames, TJ and Keith and they were exceptionally great communicators, kind, and professional. Which we appreciate. After our initial test drive with Ames we made a verbal offer then wanted to take a 2nd test drive. They made sure we had everything we needed to make our purchasing decision. They walked us through everything and even checked on us several times as we waited for Keith to free up to complete our purchase paperwork. Keith went above and beyond agreeing to go on the 2nd test drive with us since he was the most familiar with our used car Ford F150 purchase. After our purchase was completed Keith helped us pair our phones and went over the features of the truck we purchased even though this was not within the scope of his job description. He truly went above and beyond for us. TJ made sure our numbers were correct, explaining the difficulties and limitations of our purchase since we were WA residents and they could not register the car for us. Ryan made sure we were gassed up, cleaned up, keys ready as soon as our paperwork was completed. Their pricing was fair and they worked within our budget and constraints being from Washington. They set the bar for dealership etiquette, customer service and great overall service. Keep up the good work fellas!

I recently purchased a new car from Skyline Ford in Salem, and I was very happy and impressed with the entire experience! Since I had never worked with this dealership before, I read several reviews and found very positive feedback, so I decided it would be worth driving out of town to work with the Skyline team. Everyone I interacted with at Skyline Ford was very kind and courteous. Manny Temkin was the Sales Associate I worked with on the phone and in person, and Manny did an absolutely FANTASTIC job with the whole process. He is very courteous, respectful, helpful, appreciative, knowledgeable, and very willing to provide or find answers to any questions I had regarding my new car. He also told me how important it was to him and his team to make sure the customer has a great experience, and that they take great pride in making sure the customer is satisfied with their car buying experience and delighted with their new vehicle. I would highly recommend Manny Temkin and the Salem Skyline Ford team to anyone who wants to have an excellent car buying experience! I love my Mini Cooper! 2013 base although base model very similar S same engine Dual sunroof on border diagnostics keyless entry 100 hundred secrets ! I’ve found most.! I haven’t up graded much I don’t buy rims. I don’t like silver. I Don’t like it doesn’t have hot cold gadge oh, you can check it on your diagnostics while driving. It does have child safety locks. Someone says it doesn’t it does as a matter fact you can set the exactly the way you want
