The service is outstanding. The facilities are the best I have ever seen. The snacks provided are fantastic. But what sold us was the salesman , Joe Salgan. We had intended to buy a Suburu but liked the look of the Mini Cooper. So we stopped in the Dealer for a look. Joe was exceptional, Polite and knowlegable. He is the reason we ended up buying a Mini instead of a Suburu. Everything else was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this dealer and we love the car.

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

I love my Mini Cooper! 2013 base although base model very similar S same engine Dual sunroof on border diagnostics keyless entry 100 hundred secrets ! I’ve found most.! I haven’t up graded much I don’t buy rims. I don’t like silver. I Don’t like it doesn’t have hot cold gadge oh, you can check it on your diagnostics while driving. It does have child safety locks. Someone says it doesn’t it does as a matter fact you can set the exactly the way you want

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

I got a wonderful car from Imported Motor Cars in Maine. It’s a beautiful car, incredibly fun to drive, and surprisingly fits tall folks well (my husband is 6’5”). The 2016 model is high in reliability according to CR, and I haven’t found it to be different. It has great gas mileage and is pretty good in snow.

Brought my vehicle in back in January for some issues related to the oil pan. Victor and the crew at Hopkins took amazing care of me and empathized with me throughout the entire repair process. Recently purchased a barely used 2025 Honda from City Werks. Their price for the vehicle I wamted at the time was one of the lowest in the country. I contacted the dealership online on a SUNDAY (when they're closed) and Mia emailed me that same day. I went in that Monday, did a test drive with TIM (awesome guy) and left with my purchase. I did a trade-in, but forgot a few personals left in my old car. Contacted them once again, Mia said to come get the things I had left behind, so I went in and MAVERICK (another awesome guy) had took care of me as far as that. Real genuine people and I am very pleased with my Toyota Highlander.

I have owned the mini S car for 20 years and have 68,000 miles. Handles like a dream, great for city parking and country touring. I have yet to have any mechanical problems and religiously change the oil and changed to regular tires which feel better than the run flats. I will never sell this car and get more comments as the years go by
