I purchased my 2013 Mini new from Mini of Towson when they were still Mini of Baltimore in Owings Mills. I've never taken my car anywhere else for service in all the years I've owned it, nor will I. I know I can trust Wayne and the others at Mini of Towson to make sound recommendations for service. The prices are fair and I always leave feeling confident that my car has received quality service.

Just move to Baltimore from California. Had issues with my mini - would not start. Had it towed to Towson. The team (both reception and techs) were kind and helpful in a stressful situation. Wayne was empathic and helpful with his communications about the issue which was repaired and under warranty.

It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

Had a great experience purchasing a used 2010 Honda Odyssey. Sales associates were helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. Sales managers and business office associates were likewise friendly and customer service oriented. We had a couple of repair issues to take care of before taking final delivery and it was all handled well. The real test came when we made use of the 5-day no-hassle return policy 2 days later after an episode of unexplained severe shaking, which destroyed our confidence. We had the same great friendly customer service on the flip side! Would definitely go there again for the sales experience - don't blame them for the car's issues.

Hampstead Pre-owned is a 50 minute drive away from my home, but had the best price on a specific vehicle I wanted to look at. We made an appointment with Heather over the phone, and headed up to their location. We were met by Kiran, who confirmed my appointment and led to meet Alan. We were quickly allowed to see and test drive the vehicle we saw online (it was in great driving shape and was clean). We then went in and waited for the financing to be approved and was walked through the paperwork by Thomas. I had been to two other dealerships recently and Hampstead Pre-owned by far was the most pleasant and professional experience of them all. After getting home, I discovered a part that was missing from the tire jack kit, so when Kiran called me to follow up on my purchase, he had Jonathan from the service department contact me to get a replacement, which I was able to pickup the next day! My wife was also very impressed with how we were dealt with throughout the entire process. Thanks to them all for getting us into our vehicle in the very best way!

You will be very happy with the over all performance of this car . Great deal for the money. I have not had any issues with car . Would not sell it if I was working and didn’t have 3 other vehicles

Sean made my experience seamless! He provided me with transportation to and from the facility following a flat tire. Even though the service center was incredibly busy he fit me in and completed not only the tire change but an oil change and brake replacement.

This is our second Mini that we’ve leased from here. My husband & I, both in our mid-seventies, recently purchased a 2025 Mini Cooper. Its technology systems are far, far more sophisticated than what was available on the 2016 Mini we traded in. A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

I had a recall and was given a loaner car because one of the parts was not suitable for my car. The technician was able to locate it at another dealership, picked it up and worked late to finish the job, so that I had my own car back for the weekend. Thanks so much!!??
