An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

Caiden, my service advisor, handled the oil change and annual inspection of my car. He identified some repairs and maintenance needs and everything was explained and repaired. Good experience

This car is easy to drive, beautiful color, good on gas, handles well on cornering. Nice price and great tires too. This is my 3rd mini, so I love them!

They are very helpful when choosing a car and getting financing. There is no price haggling because the prices are extremely fair...and I know how to verify the value of a vehicle. I recently purchased a 2019 Nissan Sentra with all the fixins'. I purchased the car for about $900 less than any other dealership I shopped. Plus, it was in great condition, except for some minor things one would expect a used car to have...but their service department fixed them very quickly and perfectly. My last car I purchased at Auto City was a 2011 Chrysler 200 which had 54000 miles. I am still driving that car in the family and it currently has 218,000 miles. My son bought a Toyota Matrix and drove Uber for 3 years, trading it in with 230,000 miles. Another car bought was a Chevrolet Malibu that was purchased and is driving great with no problems and well over 100,000 miles. All of the cars we purchased had no problem other than an alternator, battery and minor things like that when cars reached over 160,000 miles, and this is to be expected. We never had any major issues with any car, and no problem until many miles later after purchase. My most recent purchase at Auto City took in to consideration that I was self-employed this time. Isaac Duran, the finance manager, did everything in his power to get financing with a lower interest rate, and he did it. All I can say is that if you go anywhere else, you will pay more, put up with weird sales games and miss out on an easy, positive experience in buying a car. And, to boot, they will stand by your car for 6 months, 6,000 miles along side the dealer warranty (they have a huge auto service department to ensure the cars they sell are good). They have always backed us up and made buying a car a positive, easy, confident and a no-risk transaction. Anywhere else I went to check, I always got the "weird-ar" pegging out. Very good, honest people and great cars, with no worries! This is a very positive review, but there is truly nothing I can complain about after buying all of our family cars there for years. Talk to salesperson Mike or Alex...they are both very helpful, friendly and know what they are doing. The sales manager is great and ensures everything goes quick, smooth and I get a good deal.

Went for a ride on Sunday and spotted the style F 150 truck my husband had been looking for. Liked the truck, low mileage and the price wasn't bad. Called Liberty Ford on Monday and Jeff Looney did a great job of answering my questions and also went out of his way seeing what other options were available to us. I spoke with my husband, we went to our bank to check out financing and before I could call Jeff to let him know we were coming out to test drive the truck, he called me to let me know someone else was looking at it. We told him we were on our way anyways and he kept us aware of what was going on. Everything went smoothly with Jeff's help. We traded in our 2014 Ford F-150, got a decent price, did some paperwork with Nate (who wasn't feeling well but was still very pleasant and professional) and we were on our way home with a really nice truck. It is hard to find a vehicle nowadays without all the whistles and bells so this truck was perfect for us. Bought it new. Hard to tell that it's almost 8yrs old. Third Mini, first automatic. Very nimble and good acceleration. Love the heads up display and love love the power folding mirrors and side driver visor. Seats are very comfortable and have an extension for longer legs available. Haven't been able to figure out how to delete older phones from the bluetooth or unwanted addresses from the nav system tho. Biggest drawback for me is that the nearest dealer is 1.5 hrs away. But they do offer a valet service to pick up the car if scheduled in advance. It's not the most inexpensive to repair but what vehicle is nowadays.

Following my safety check, Justin reviewed my overall vehicle checklist and mentioned the tires showed some wear. The tires were original (2020 Honda Fit) and after looking at available brands, he suggested several compatible brands and I asked if he could write a note in my vehicle’s service log. My tire pressure light came up a few weeks later (on time, as it would for how I drive) and I waited for my check engine light (oil change!) to make an appointment. The warranty has been amazing to keep this car as good as it can be. Easy appointment made and each person was patient and efficient to get me checked in, notified when my car was ready, and straight to payment. Pleasant morning all the way around - thank you, Justin and Staff and Honda Windward!

The start to finish was easy and painless. Ford.... you should have added the dual exhaust option to the 5.0 liter 20 years ago.

It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

I purchased my vehicle here about a year ago and have been returning here to get routine service. I very Highly recommend this place. They've been great.
