2018 MINI Hardtop review

Uftring Montgomery Chevrolet Cadillac review
Husband and I found a jeep we were interested in and contacted dealership to inquire. Kyle was very helpful,and got answers to all our questions in very timely manner, however since we live out of state the only time we could go inspect and drive vehicle Kyle was off so we then worked with Karen and Steve. Both were super to work with. We have purchased a good many cars thru the years. We recently purchased a used Jeep Wagoneer from Heller Ford in El Paso, IL, and the entire experience was nothing short of fantastic. Huge shoutout to our salesperson Onie Maisonneuve, who went above and beyond from start to finish. We live about an hour and a half away, but Onie made the process incredibly easy by handling everything over the phone ahead of time. By the time we arrived, all that was left was a quick test drive and a bit of paperwork—start to finish, we were in and out of the dealership in around 30 minutes! A couple of days after taking the vehicle home, a mechanical issue popped up. Onie was immediately responsive and had a loaner vehicle arranged and delivered to us the very next day. The service department didn’t miss a beat either—they had the necessary repairs completed quickly and efficiently, making sure we had our Wagoneer back just in time for a planned family vacation. I can’t recommend Heller Ford highly enough. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly stands behind their vehicles and values customer service, look no further. Ask for Onie—he’s the real deal!
