I took my car in because it was due for service and a few other issues. Sara immediately assigned me a loaner so I wouldn’t have to wait. Buying my Mini Clubman at Braman in WP Beach was a completely satisfying experience due mostly to my salesman, Lee Grossman. Lee was extremely helpful during the entire process and made sure that I understood all the "bell and whistles" on my new car. He is a Mini driver himself and is extremely knowledgeable about all of the Minis. He called to be sure that I wasn't having any trouble with my new car and took extra time to re-explain anything I didn't understand. Tom Rice also pitched in to help me when Lee was unavailable. I enjoyed working with him as well. Braman is lucky to have a salesman of Lee's caliber on their staff and I would recommend him and Braman to anyone interested in a Mini Cooper.
My wife and I just purchased two minis they took great care of us from start to end. We had our kids with us and they where very patient since we had a 3 year old boy with us that is a terrorist in any building. Will continue to business with them and recommend them to anyone. The letter said it would take an hour for service but only took a half hour . Everyone was very helpful , especially a young man named Fred Gouveia , who was checking on my car and had it brought out to me after service was complete . Excellent Experience !

I love a new car, but hate the buying experience.....usually! But I bought my first MINI in 2003 and just traded it in for a 2018. Buying a car at MINI is not your USUAL buying experience. There were no games and no gimmicks for starters. Dana Halligan was our salesperson and she was incredible. I never for a moment felt pressured. She was very informative and helped me obtain the best financing. Even after the sale I have called her with operating questions and she couldn't be more accommodating. An AWD Mini Countryman was on the agenda. Spoke to Frank the week before and he guaranteed me they had two. When I entered the showroom, there it was: gorgeous, filled with the amenities I was looking for and the price range I had expected. All of the associates we dealt with were super friendly. I purchased a recently traded-in used Dodge Challenger at MINI of Tempe. Since my visit to the Valley was short, and the car was still undergoing dealership inspection, it required quite some coordination to get the car out of the shop, have it thoroughly driven and get the paperwork done in a timely fashion. I felt lucky to have Jason Oldenberg and the sales staff at MINI of Tempe assist me. I was able to test-drive the car multiple times, inspect the differential and transmission fluids in the service center, have an extra oil change, and even have a ride back to my newly purchased Challenger once I dropped off my rental car at PHX. I had been aware all along that I was a picky customer who had a lot of questions and who wanted to inspect every little detail of the vehicle he intended to buy. But Jason was there to answer all my questions. Chris from the finance office handled the paperwork efficiently and seamlessly. In sum, I felt welcomed, never pushed. I came away as a happy customer.

I took my car in for my first routine service. Marcos was VERY HELPFUL to make sure I understood what was being done and what was covered under the warranty service program. They were very speedy while still being very thorough. One of the best service experiences from any dealership.
