The Auto Livery staff is friendly and helpful whether it is buying a car, trading one in or getting your car serviced. They are very knowledgeable and provide top notch service. This isn’t like other car dealerships where you feel pressured by their salesman. The Auto Livery is a hassle free, no pressure automobile dealership. That is one thing I look for when I purchase a car. They also offer very fair prices on their cars (my family has purchased multiple cars from them) and also in their service shop. Bought my 2015 last fall looks great drives great alot of fun . Faster than it looks . Not a extreme cold weather car . Handles great on snowy roads . I'm a bigger guy plenty of room . Would not want to sit behind me . I'd buy another

Bought a 2018 Mini Countryman Base model pre owned and have loved everyday with it. Only had one issue and that being something with the Valve Gas Breather. I have yet to fix it yet and it’s been about 3 months. Doesn’t cause any noticeable performance issue (besides the decrease in fuel mileage), just the check engine light on. Other than that, I drive this around the island. Very easy to park and maneuver around. I am planning on getting the newer Mini Countryman about 2 years after they’re released so they can work out all the kinks and stuff.

Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!

I walked into the dealership to look at a specific vehicle that I wanted to see. They were super accommodating on letting me test drive and also taking it for a pre-purchase inspection. This is our third MINI. We have a 2008 Cooper and a 2013 Countryman. It's become an addiction. Usually, by the time we pay off a vehicle we want to replace it. Not with MINI. We love ours and the 2016 Countryman is no exception. It's larger than the 2013, but it's still familiar. I'm the shortest at 5'9". Hubby is just under 6' and our son is 6'2". We all feel like the MINI's were designed for tall people. We refer to them as TARDISes because they are bigger on the inside. Smooth ride. Comfortable handling. Safe. Extremely reliable. Stylish. Would highly recommend.

Jon Taylor took good care of us. He communicated with us (out of town) about the car I was interested in. The day we were to arrive he had the car out front and ready for us to test drive. It was a good experience.

Car drives just great! Quick off the start, great passing oompth on the freeway. I just put the transmission into the sport mode and hang on! Fun to drive, great gas mileage, excellent warranty. And, the best dealership (Mini of Montgomery County ) I have ever dealt with.

2015 Countryman S.Very reliable; bought from Bergstrom. Steering problem when turning on bumpy roads.New models (after 2017) are better; but I don’t know about reliability.Have fun!

Buying a car at Borderline Auto Sales has to be "Hands Down" the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car. Ed is the "BEST" ! The countryman is the perfect compromise for those who want a Mini and still want a workable amount of interior space. The gas mileage is insanely good, it's fun to drive, and you will be running laps past everyone at the stoplights because of how zippy it is. Parking is also never an issue, always lots of space, and easy to maneuver. My only two complaints are that maintenance tends to be expensive (when you factor in the gas savings though, I'd say it pays for itself) and the engine is weak. If you load even just a couple hundred pounds of passengers and cargo into it, it can drive for maybe an hour or so before the engine light kicks on and begs for mercy. I've never had this result in an actual issue that caused a breakdown or required us to pull over, and maintenance confirmed that there are no larger issues with my engine in particular. Turns out that it just limits its own engine power whenever it's struggling. But it is a bit annoying, especially on longer trips.

I purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride from Superior Kia and couldn't have been any more pleased with Amos (our salesman) and Gerald (New Car Manager) in the purchasing of our new vehicle. I ordered directly from Kia (using Superior Kia) and the team was very helpful in giving me timeline updates for the arrival of the order. The car was delivered to Superior Kia (BEFORE the estimated date of arrival), Gerald and Amos both called me letting me know the car has arrived and it will be ready to picked up that evening. It felt like Christmas in March. I went in and (again) the team was very helpful explaining everything to me and the experience couldn't have been any more smooth. From beginning to end, the process was seamless. Amos even took me in the car and went over all the features of the car which really helpful. I must add, Amos even stayed after his scheduled time (8 P.M.) to make sure I was taken care of and I understood everything with the new car. I ended up leaving the dealership around 9:30 P.M. In addition, I wanted to get a few aftermarket items installed to the car (i.e. Tinted Windows, Roof Vinyl Wrapped, Side-Steps, etc) and Amos was very helpful in scheduling all the appointments and dropping the car off at the designated body shops for the installs. They even offered me a loaner car for the time my car was getting worked on. This process took about a week and I am VERY happy with the car and how it turned out. Thank you, Amos, Gerald, and the entire Superior Kia (Cincinnati) Team. I highly recommend this team for your next Kia car!

I purchased the used 2016 Mini S Countryman All Wheel Drive in March 2019. It is a great car for everyday commuting, with a lot of options including leather seats and sunroof. I did about 10k miles (currently at 33k). It has a sportive driving at low fuel consumption. Lots of fun to drive with great mechanics and reliability of a German car.

I'm from Illinois and luckily I was paired up with Adam O'Connor over the phone as my salesman. He made my purchase very easy, he was beyond helpful, and most of all very thorough. Buying a car out of state can make you nervous but I did NOT have that feeling dealing with Adam. The entire staff was courteous as well. Even though I'm from Illinois I will make my next purchase from Performance Honda. I highly recommend this dealership.
