Scheduling the appointment was quick and convenient, and the staff was professional and welcoming as soon as I arrived. My service advisor took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed and kept me updated throughout the process. I really appreciated the transparency?there were no surprises when it came to pricing or recommendations. The technicians did an excellent job on my car. Overall, I?m very satisfied with the level of care and attention to detail. It?s reassuring to know my vehicle is in good hands, and I would definitely return for future service and recommend BMW to others.

Their facility is clean, sales agent (Donavan Rene) is nice & responsive, but had so much misunderstanding on paperwork that we ended up spending a night in Houston. But the dealership paid for our hotel stay and uber. I?ll give them that. They?re worth giving a second chance.

Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!

I recently brought my BMW in for an oil change and some mechanical repairs, and I couldn?t be more impressed with the service I received?especially from my service advisor, Juan Cantu. From start to finish, Juan made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain exactly what my vehicle needed, went over the oil change and repairs in detail, and made sure I understood everything before any work was done. His knowledge and professionalism really stood out. What I appreciated most was his communication. Juan kept me updated throughout the service, let me know the progress, and made sure there were no surprises. He clearly cares about doing things right and making sure his customers are taken care of. The work was completed on time, and my car is running great. It?s not always easy to trust someone with both routine maintenance and mechanical repairs, but Juan made that easy. I am on my 2nd Countryman! I was always a Mercedes driver as I had 8 of them. I was looking for something a little taller with plenty of room. I needed all wheel drive and I ended up with so much more. This car is sporty, fun great on the snow and so much room. Also let me highlight it is great on gas. I have had a very good experience with the sales team! I bought with Evan Williams. He still checks in! The service department is so professional and I can't say enough positive things about Mini in Glencoe!

Bought a 2018 Mini Countryman Base model pre owned and have loved everyday with it. Only had one issue and that being something with the Valve Gas Breather. I have yet to fix it yet and it’s been about 3 months. Doesn’t cause any noticeable performance issue (besides the decrease in fuel mileage), just the check engine light on. Other than that, I drive this around the island. Very easy to park and maneuver around. I am planning on getting the newer Mini Countryman about 2 years after they’re released so they can work out all the kinks and stuff.

I came in to look at an Infiniti Q70. The car was gorgeous, but it wasn't everything I wanted (it wasn't white) so I left. But, then I called Alejandro and told him to get the paperwork ready. He did such an awesome job listening and responding to my concerns that the things that were missing were able to be overlooked. I love my car, and it would have never been mine if not for the great job Alejandro did! 5 star dealership. I highly recommend them.

Sheehy always strives to provide the best service possible. Their service team is top notch and they keep you advised on the status of your vehicle while being serviced. One of the best things I’ve experienced here is that they don’t try to sell you any services that your vehicle doesn’t need.

The countryman is the perfect compromise for those who want a Mini and still want a workable amount of interior space. The gas mileage is insanely good, it's fun to drive, and you will be running laps past everyone at the stoplights because of how zippy it is. Parking is also never an issue, always lots of space, and easy to maneuver. My only two complaints are that maintenance tends to be expensive (when you factor in the gas savings though, I'd say it pays for itself) and the engine is weak. If you load even just a couple hundred pounds of passengers and cargo into it, it can drive for maybe an hour or so before the engine light kicks on and begs for mercy. I've never had this result in an actual issue that caused a breakdown or required us to pull over, and maintenance confirmed that there are no larger issues with my engine in particular. Turns out that it just limits its own engine power whenever it's struggling. But it is a bit annoying, especially on longer trips.
