Just left Herman Cook this afternoon with a pre-owned Jetta 2016. Today's purchase was my third trip to Herman Cook over the past two weeks. It was a big decision for us to purchase a VW after having been Toyota owners for so many years. I appreciate the fact that the sales team honored our need to test drive multiple cars and make multiple trips to the dealership to arrive at our decision. No one was pushy or tried to contact us with a sales pitch in the interim. We worked with both Frank and Jodi, who both demonstrated knowledge of the VW product line and honest feedback about all of the pre-owned inventory of which we were interested. I'm a neurotic shopper who asks lots of questions and who test drove seven different cars on the lot; Frank and Jodi were patient and resourceful in the process. The purchase was no-haggle. Rightly so. Look for yourself and you'll see that Herman Cook's vehicles are priced well below other dealerships in San Diego County, Orange County and San Bernardino County. The pre-owned, certified Jetta we purchased was priced at about $1500 lower than the lowest priced comparable vehicle listed elsewhere. One of the reasons we chose to purchase a VW is that we live locally in Encinitas and want to have a trustworthy/convenient place where we could take it for maintenance. We clearly found the right automotive home in this dealership.

Great car to drive and easy to park and great on gas plenty of legroom . With the seats folded down offers plenty of cargo space.

Response was great... communication was good, overall, great interaction. Although I did not purchase a mini from them, we've already laid down the ground. It is a truly great car with European tech and American comfort. Ease to park and has that sporty low ride. Fuel economy is great. I would have kept it even longer except I need to buy a car for my son who is going to start 2nd year in college.
