We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

A small upfront cost can save thousands in repairs later. 3️⃣ Understand the Warranty – They made sure I knew exactly what was covered and what wasn’t so I wouldn’t be caught off guard with unexpected repair costs. Their Cars are "AS IS" so when you drive off its all on you. The 30 day return document is a formality that will not be honored. 4️⃣ Review the Financing Terms – They Explained that none of their advertised EV cars get the discount it is just a way to get people through the door but they explained my financing options, including interest rates, monthly payments, and any potential hidden fees, so there were no surprises. You will be told you can refinance your car later by their finance guy but Nas let me know chances are slim since their cars have a salvage title. 5️⃣ Take a Thorough Test Drive – Instead of a quick spin, they encouraged me to test the car under different road conditions to make sure it felt right. Additional Important Steps They Advised: 🔴 No Returns Policy – Once you sign, the car is yours. They emphasized doing all research beforehand, getting an inspection, and making sure I was 100% confident before committing. 🔴 Salvage Title Considerations – Many of their vehicles have salvage titles, which means: Insurance rates will likely be higher, and some insurance companies won’t cover salvage vehicles at all—so check before buying. Resale and trade-in value will be lower, and some dealerships won’t take salvage vehicles. Many banks won’t finance salvage titles, so you may need to pay in cash or use a lender that specializes in these purchases. 🔴 Check the Vehicle’s Value with Other Dealers – One of the best tips the manager gave me was to take the VIN numbers of the cars I was interested in and check with other dealerships to see what they would pay for it. This way, I could compare prices and see if I was actually getting a fair deal. That level of transparency really impressed me! I truly appreciated how upfront and honest they were. They didn’t pressure me into buying but instead gave me all the tools to make an informed decision. I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

Only 2 items that need to be addressed is the volume control the navigation system plus headlights are not good for night driving. As of December 2022 I drove all around the USA putting on 60,000 miles on my 2020 Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid. Love and enjoyed driving this Great Product.

I bought a 2003 Ford Windstar SEL on November 30th of 2003. I LOVED that car! I was forced to give it up in June of 2018. I never should have let that happen. If I could get her back, I’d do it in a heartbeat. The very first time I sat in the driver’s seat, I knew she was going to be the best vehicle I have ever owned, and she was! She just felt so perfect under me - my test drive was less than 1/2 of a city block and I was sold. To the shock of the salesman, I pulled out my checkbook immediately and said, “How much?” Our family made so many memories in that car. All three of our kids learned how to drive in that car. We made so many family trips in that car. Ford messed up when they dropped the Windstar line from their fleet. I’m convinced that the Windstar was the BEST vehicle Ford ever manufactured … I keep hoping Ford will wake up and bring the Windstar back!

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Clean friendly atmosphere. My service representative was professional and notified me if there was additional service needed. Have always had a pleasant experience.

If you are looking for a vehicle that gets good gas mileage and long range then the Toyota Hybrid is for you. On the open road you can get over 35 miles to the gallon and go slightly over 500 miles on a tank of gas.

I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

I recently purchased a new to me pickup truck. The truck was very clean and the pictures online were very accurate to the in-person visual of the truck. From the first phone call with Saul, to the sit down with Artem to go over the paperwork and finalize the deal. They made the buying process simple and quick. I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

New to the area, I've been there a few times for service on our 2021 Kia Soul. the majority of the people I've dealt with are welcoming and attentive to my needs. I'm not going anywhere else.

Definitely will meet our needs as a vehicle to transport wheelchair and will be comfortable with fabulous safety features. More technology than I have the capacity to use!
