I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

The hybrid makes a lot of sense because of the overall mpg. That drives a lot of the value we derive from this van. I would probably purchase another newer model if the overall electric miles substantially increased.

As far as practicality goes, I think the minivan was the greatest vehicle ever conceived. My main problem with all of them is relatively poor mileage. That problem has mostly been solved by the Pacifica PLUG-IN Hybrid. Battery mileage is about 30 miles and that covers 90% of our daily driving . A fast charger at home generates a full charge in less than 2 hours and, stopping home for a few minutes allows a "top-up" if we go out again. We have often gone two months without having to fill up! I have solar panels sufficient to meet both home and hybrid needs. I followed development of this Hybrid Pacifica for several years and held off replacing my 2011 Town & Country until it was available. Normally we have replaced our minivans every three years since our first Dodge Caravan in 1985. Note that it was worth the wait. (I keep my pickups for closer to 9 years and am waiting to see the TESLA electric truck!) This Pacifica is close to perfect and later models are even better having added a couple things I miss (garage door openers and driver's seat memory among them.) The interior is great and well finished and is as nice as my last Mercedes (1986 300E.) I was a bit disappointed when the new gas Pacifica announced an AWD version but did not extend AWD to the Hybrid. If they do upgrade the Hybrid version, that will be my next vehicle. Other than that, I will keep this one until they add something else I can't live wihtout!

Awesome vehicle. Runs and rides great. So far in the first 2,000 miles we have been averaging 26 miles per gallon. I would purchase another one with no question.

I have purchased 3 new cars in my lifetime and never really understood what I was buying and in the end felt trapped after the buying process was over. Today was a completely different experience for me. I recieved ,from Salesmen Rja, respect and professionalism that all consumers should receive when making such a large purchase but rarely get. Raj was exceptional in several ways. Raj not only sold me a SUV but chose to take the time to educate me on what I was buying. Rja spent time teaching me all of the amazing things my new SUV could do and made sure I understood his education by having me demonstrate my understanding of what he tought me. I felt completely comfortable, I felt like I was talking with an old friend, I never felt pressured or pushed. I never felt overwhelmed or confused. This is truly the first time that I ever bought a vehicle and drove way completely happy with my major purchase. When I went to go outside to get my new SUV , to my surprise, Rja had placed balloons and a congratulations note on my new SUV. It felt like I just had my first surprise party. Abe was amazing right off the bat. He had the van ready for me to test drive after communicating via email and coordinating a schedule around my little ones needs. We weighed options on models, colors, etc, and made my trade in experience easy peasy.

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

Olympia Jeep staff made a traumatic situation into a kind and supportive situation from sales to service to finance. A friend of mine found a good deal on a Grand Cherokee at their location. I'd been in an accident a couple weeks prior and my Wrangler was totaled. RC Jamerson (sales staff) was so kind and understanding. I am a retired veteran with PTSD and have difficulties in high stress situations. I am slow and methodical to make financial decisions and the accident forced me to make a rapid one. He was so patient and compassionate. At times I had trouble writing and signing my name. He was very supportive and a genuinely wonderful person. Their finance person, who's name escapes me, was patient and kind as well. He even found a better rate then NFCU saving me money. I can't thank their staff enough for making a tough situation, memorable in all the right ways.
