I purchased a 2010 Suburban at Ramey Tazewell. It didn't have leather but I was told they could have it installed. I picked out the colors (2 tone) and they took care of everything else. 3 days later I had it back and it looked great. I couldn't believe how fast and the quality of the work. The salesman (Charles McReynolds) and overall buying experience was better than I expected. Everyone was polite and informative. I would highly recommend Ramey Tazewell to anyone and Charles was one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with.

We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

First of all thank you for making the buying process easy. Also, we felt like we was treated more then fair on the price of our 2024 Trax RS. The other thing we really enjoyed was the fact our deal started at MSRP not an inflated bump price. Secondly, they shopped around and got us a very fair interest rate based on the market and our finance guy Joey Carter was awesome and really looked out for our investment with a 7 yr 120k mile bumper to bumper service contract. I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I wanted to get a straight story on the economy on electric operation and gas miles per gallons. I measured my 2021 hybrid Pacifica. It takes 14kW-hrs of electrical energy to charge the battery. It will go about 30 miles with that charge. At $.25 a kilowatt hour it will cost $3.50 to charge the battery. Driving on just gas I get about 30 miles per gallon. Today that will cost about $5.
