This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

From the moment I entered the service area my Service Advisor James Wood greeted me with enthusiasm and reviewed all that was necessary in the servicing of my vehicle including the unexpected addition of an annual inspection. James kept me informed of the service progress and went out of his way to insure I received pictures and progress of the service. James also took the extra time to review the future service necessaries for this vehicle. I am very impressed with James Wood and his professionalism and dedication to his customers.
