We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Bianco is great place to buy a car, they have great used cars at affordable prices. Both Frank and Ed are very helpful they’ll get out of their way to help their customers when something goes wrong with the vehicles they sell. When my car broke down they fixed it at no cost, they replaced a mass air flow sensor all oxygen sensors, two catalytic converters both front and back and a tune up if thats not enough. This is a reputable business, honest, and transparent, I will buy another vehicle from them when the time comes.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

I brought a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage ES back in 2019 from Jason. The car will finally be paid up by October 2024. This car has never had an issue. Probably 5 flat tires in a 5 year span. I would definitely shop here again. I was in and out, even with poor credit. They work with you.

A little more than we needed, but it has everything we need and then some. It should be comfortable when taking long trips. Like the SiriusXM radio.

Tommy the lot attendant greeted me in a friendly manner, and helped me with a minor problem. We had a chuckle as well. Michelle greeted me warmly, addressed my concerns about a tire issue, escorted me to the lounge area, and said she would text me with updates. Lori and I had a nice chat before I settled into the lounge. Michelle came to get me to talk to the tech Adrien who reassured me about my tire concern. Everyone was professional, helpful, respectful of my concerns. I cannot imagine better service anywhere.

This place is absolutly awesome. At first I was hesitant to go to brooklyn for a car. I live on Long Island and we all know how that Belt Parkway can be. I spoke to Leah several times by text. After going from dealership to dealership I was exhausted with the games they were playing. She assured me we would work out a deal and I would go home with a car that day. I also had a trade in that the other dealers were beating me up on( Make sure when you trade your car in they give you trade in value not wholesale value) Several dealers tried that game on me, not Brooklyn Dodge. I walked in we spoke for about 30 minutes and the manager Steve along Leah carved out the perfect deal. Traded my car in for a fair price, drove home with my beautiful 2025 Frostbite Blue Durango RT Plus. Respectful, treated me and my son as gentlemen. This 2022 is my 3rd Sienna, after a 2001 and a 2011. I would buy it again without hesitation. A few disappointments, which seem to be the result of cost-cutting: My '11 LE had a standard roof rack, now it is an option even on the XLE, and not a common one. Through the years, the inability to easily stow or remove the 2nd row seats has been a widespread complaint. Instead of improving that feature, they made it MUCH worse, and also told you not to try! Some people buy the Odyssey for this one reason. I would not do that. Sienna is still a better van, but what about "ongoing improvement?" They took away the left hand coin box, you can no longer open the 3rd row vent windows, the convex "back-seat observation" mirror is a TOTAL joke, they got rid of the overhead sunglass storage, they don't have a 12v connection in the hatch area, they cheaped out on the factory-installed hitch (looks like an amateur add-on), and although the vehicle is rated for 3,500 lbs towing, the optional factory hitch is the lighter-rated 1.25" size, which I think is limited to 2,500 lbs. My lower-line '11 LE had none of these shortfalls. Now, at over $40k, my upscale XLE sometimes makes me feel like I lost something. Even after this list, I love the van, and have no regrets. The benefits of AWESOME dependability, 35 mpg in or out of town, 8 passenger capability, comfort, nice styling, and quiet operation outweigh any complaints. I expect to have it until it hits 250,000 miles.

I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.
