Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

I was not excited to go car shopping, but after the experience I had, I almost feel like they turned over a new leaf, am I dreaming or was the customer service like totally legit? Somebody pinch me. . . Nope just checked car is in the driveway, faith in humanity restored.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

They go above and beyond for their customers and are genuinely here for the customer rather then the dealership itself. We went in to look at a specific used vehicle.That vehicle was actually being serviced. We did however drive 4 different makes of vehicles. We were not even looking at a Kia, however, we do have one in our sights now. Kia Pat was very patient while my husband and I worked out which vehicle would be best for our family. He was low key and answered all of our questions , we would recommend going to this dealership (Kia Pat) for a low pressure, buying experience.

I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was exactly as advertised. It was what I needed and they were very helpful though out the process. I was nervous buying remotely and they took extra pictures really helped me feel more at ease buying sight unseen. They even worked out a way to inexpensively ship the vehicle up to me in the Upper Panninsula of Michigan. Melissa and Kyle were awesome and helped facilitate the deal. Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.
