I just purchased a new jeep wrangler from route 18 auto.I have purchased many new vehicles,usually from local dealerships. This time I travelled about 50 miles to rt 18 auto. It was well worth the trip. My sales person was”Ali G” Givehchi and he made this a very pleasant sales experience. Great dealership,nice people.

very friendly sales people. knowledgeable about the ins and outs of many vehicles. I asked if I could bring my mechanic out to check the car himself, they gave me no problem about it!

I asked a question about a vehicle concerning the last service on the spark plugs and was ask to come in to discuss service records, no real simple answer so I think I'll keep looking around. It's no rush so I'll just keep looking.

Short Story: These guys are the real deal and exemplify what used car dealerships should be. Long Story: Myself (fellow salesman 7+ years) and my father (mechanic 30 years) are probably the most difficult customers to deal with when it comes to buying cars. Kevin and Dan "put up with us" :) and aided us throughout the entire buying process, as I was buying out of state and had been burned by used car dealers before. Yes, every dealer has some sort of "fees" (certification/documentation), but BOTH were lower than the local BMW dealership as I have both quotes in front of me as I am writing this. (In reference to the few negative reviews): If you cannot figure out that "$2,000 down" or "$2,000 trade-in" will show you a different sales price than the bottom line of the vehicle, y'all need to do more homework. If you have any questions JUST ASK, they are beyond honest and I look forward to purchasing from them again. Their honesty made me feel secure and confident in my purchase. - C

Khader was very helpful. I came in looking for a car with a huge balance from my previous car and he helped me get into a newer car and helped me achieve the payment I was looking for. Drove 2 hours to look at a Mercedes Grace Auto Group had on their lot. I had several questions regarding the vehicle before driving 2 hours to test drive it. My questions were promptly addressed and answered. The car was in excellent condition as advertised. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I bought the vehicle! My salesman Blenner was a joy to work with and made the process smooth and pleasant. We also met with Rob the Manager who went over the final cost of the vehicle in detail. Overall a great experience! I highly recommend. Would also like to mention Adam who recommended a great restaurant nearby for lunch while my new car was getting cleaned and ready to drive home!!
