I was pleased with the overall process of purchasing my vehicle, the only issue I had with the entire process was that I ask if the vehicle could be delivered, my salesperson said that it would not be an issue. I waited and I never heard anything from my salesperson until I reached out. I was told that he had gotten really busy with another customer and he couldn?t fulfill my request which he said he would take care of. I understands sales, I also understand customer service. You take care of the customer that has already made a purchase, that?s how you get repeat customers. I will be calling to speak to the Sales Manager to encourage him to make sure that they train their sales people to take care of the customer that has already made a purchase with you instead of taking on another customer and not fulfilling an agreement that you said you would. I?d rather he just told me that the vehicle couldn?t be delivered.

2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross review
This car has been fun to drive and is great on gas. It’s roomy enough for the whole family(5) but comfortable enough to ride solo.

North Coast Mitsubishi Bedford review
I went into Northcoast Mitsubishi Bedford not knowing what to expect. I did some looking at cars online and found a couple that I liked. We'll once inside Renee introduced herself and instantly put me at ease. I have only bought twice from a dealership lifetime so I'm not a pro. Renee and I talked and we came across a couple of possible cars. She dropped the first set of keys and said to head out on a test drive. Show your wife, hit the highway, whatever. 2024 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross review
Just purchased an SEL touring. So far I love the car. I love the leather seats. Heated steering wheel (only heats up parts of the wheel), panoramic roof, and sound system. Room for improvements would be gas mileage and range so far highest I’ve seen is 26.4. The Heads up display is a bit limited since Mitsubishi used a flip up screen instead of casting it onto the windshield. I find it hard to get it perfect for my level of driving but I do like having the feature. Also, I think the infotainment could use a bit of tweaking. It looks decent but outdated. As others have stated, the 360 camera is blurry but it’s my first car to have one and it’s pretty accurate. Overall I think the cross is about a 6-7 out of 10. It’s not the best small cuv that you can get, but I personally think it’s a good value especially when Mitsubishi offers rebates.
