After visiting 2 other dealerships with an outrageous amount of fees, I ended up purchasing a 2018 430i convertible from these guys for 4K under retail. No bs, no pressure, no gimmicks. Friendly, professional staff. Oh and their showroom is super clean and organized. Highly recommend!
Had a great experience with the staff. The salesman, Peter, didn???t hassle me into anything I didn???t want. Lou was very helpful and down to earth. I was free to test drive the car for a good distance under supervision and the best part are the prices. The higher end models here cost less then lower end models elsewhere.
After spending the first half of the day having an awful experience with a local dealer, I looked online and I found the specific car I wanted at the Don Franklin dealership. It was an hour and a half away from where we lived. Not wanting to waste the miles or their time, I called to see if they could get me the car at the price I wanted. After 15 minutes total they had met my price point and a statement was being emailed to lock in the price. I was beyond impressed with Jon Berry who helped us with the entire process. He was no nonsense and upfront about everything. We called on the drive there and he had everything ready when we arrived. The entire process there took an hour. We left with the exact car I wanted at an even lower monthly payment then I asked. Very impressed with this dealership and we would drive an hour and a half again for our next one.
Travis Foster is the man. There was a lot of negativity dealing with the sale of my CLS 550 but he stepped up to the plate and hit an home run. If it wasn't for his professionalism I would never have purchased the vehicle. Make sure you ask for Travis👍🏼
We just bought a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from this dealership. We worked with Henry, who was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. He really listened and was fun to talk with. Freddie did our financing, and he made the process quick and easy. It was actually an enjoyable experience! There was no pressure whatsoever to buy, and we got more than we expected on our trade-in. Even after adding a few of the additional service options, we got a really great deal. And we love our Mitsubishi!
Salesperson responsed promptly and professionally to my online inquiry. I did not end up purchasing because the vehicle I was looking at had already sold. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was because they didn’t pull their online Advertisement quicker. Would recommend this dealership though.
I went into this dealership because of their truck selection and I was not expecting to buy, but... I found a GMC Sierra I couldn't pass up on. I don't get the negative reviews I read, my experience with them was outstanding, I felt as if they were upfront, honest and transparent throughout the whole buying process. I would definitely recommend them.
One word, WOW! What an amazing group of guys working there. I stopped by the dealership a few days ago and I felt so welcomed by their staff. They were extremely helpful and so easy going. Unfortunately my credit sucks, so I wasn't able to buy the Benz I wanted. They worked so hard to get me approved but oh well. I'll have to come back when I have some more money down.
I was recommended to go there by my cousin who purchased his BMW there a while back ago (he's very happy with it by the way). He always praises Sea-Auto about the cool cars they have so I decided to stop by and check it out for my self. I am happy I did.

We have purchased two vehicles from Jake and his team over the course of the last year and a half. Each experience has been nothing less than great. When an issue popped up with one of the vehicles, Jake was quick to correct the problem and gave us a loaner vehicle while ours was being fixed. We will continue to use Surefire Motors for all of our future car buying needs.
Great service, and the wait wasn't bad either. Cozy waiting area and good, hot coffee. The price is a little high, but I feel the service was also high.
