The sales consultant at dealership was friendly, courteous and respectful. To be able to leave out of the dealer with a brand new car is the best feeling ever. Kris Teeters went out of his way to make sure I was assisted with a loan to obtain my car. We worked with Vinny and I would highly recommend him as your sales consultant. He is very knowledgeable about these vehicles and their safety features, which was one of the main reasons I was getting a CX-5 with the Grand Touring trim and Premium package. We told him that we wanted to buy the car cash and get out of there quickly and he made this happen. The only thing I would recommend to this dealership is to get some half and half or heavy cream for the fridge by the coffee machine instead of having just the powder creamer.
Out of all the car purchases i made by far, this was tbe easiest and fastest time i was able to get in and out of the dealership within an HOUR, thanks to Mostapha farris who made this transaction very smooth, i told him what i was looking for over the phone and explained to him that i was on a tight budget, he was able to get me the vehicle i wanted at the exact price i wanted, also the finance manager brian was very helpful and explained to me my purchase options. Just found my second van at Acord Auto. Got my first Honda Odyssey at Acord and, when it was totaled in an accident, I went back for seconds. Acord quickly found a replacement, had it detailed and made minor repairs, waited patiently while financing arranged. I an so pleased we discovered this great dealer. Zach and the crew are amazing.
My husband and I just bought a vehicle from Gerald Auto Sales and it was a great experience! We drove nearly 4 hrs to look at a vehicle and were a little skeptical as the last time we drove a distance to look at a vehicle the dealer sold the car before we got there. Anyways they had it ready for us when we arrived and although they were busy between everyone working they got us taken care of! We are extremely happy with our purchase and excited to fill the vehicle with our growing family!!
On a side note...it was great to get into the car with a Christian radio station playing and to see things throughout he dealership giving thanks to our Lord!
I like the fact that Mid-Illini stocks quality cars that are in demand. They allowed me to take my prospective car to a local mechanic to have it looked over. I appreciate the honest upfront discussion on price and the care that they had for me as a customer and balance that with their needs to make money on the vehicle.
I leased my Hyundai Elantra because I love getting a new car every 3 years. I leased in 2012, 2015, and 2018. This third time I leased an Elantra SEL and love it especially the new features using my iPhone, the camera when backing up, and the sideview mirror that beeps when another car is approaching. The car drives nice and I'm so glad I made a good choice.
Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!
I am known for being kind of thrifty with my money, so my daughter and wife were shocked when I bought a new CX 5 from Alberto and then, after liking it so much, I went back the next day and bought a CX 3 for me (CX 5 was for wife). I think Alberto was surprised too, but he came in on his usual day off with no commitment from me to purchase a car. I think he saw something in my eye and he knew he could sell me a second car. He is very pleasant to deal with and most of all, he knows what he is selling, he knows the technology, the engines, weather it is a CVT transmission or which models have a turbo. As a retired engineer, I might ask a couple more slightly technical questions than the average person but salesman should know that stuff, Alberto does. He is very friendly and low pressure. I am glad to have met him and very glad to have bought two cars from him. Alberto says Mazda has been good to him, I hope so because they don't all come like Alberto!
