We purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee North from Sayer Chrysler Jeep on January 18, 2024. We had been looking around for the last few months. Mostly at 2021 and 2022 models. We were just getting ready to go to Salt Lake the next morning to look at a couple of 2022s. My wife had noticed this 2020 model previously with extremly low miles. We decided to drive up to Idaho Falls from Blackfoot to lookat it in the late afternoon. Upon arriving, Tyler Martin met us on the lot and showed us the Jeep Grand Cherokee. After a short test drive, everything seemed to be in excellent condition. We basically fell in love with it. It had everything we were looking for except it did not have sa tow package. After a brief discussion, Tyler talked to the service department and they agreed to install a factory trailer tow package at no cost. That and the low miles basically sold us on the vehicle. Business manager Mackenzie Burrell was fantastic to work with. She took time to make sure we had the best interest rates and the best deal available. In less than two hours we were driving our Jeep Grand Cherokee home. A week later after the parts for the tow package arrived Tyler arranged for the service department to install the hitch The lights and hook up work perfectly. 2026 Hyundai SANTA FE review
This is the most satisfying vehicle purchase ive ever made. From the fit and finish to the warranty its the total package. I will admit I was worried about the engine only being a four cylinders buy they did their homework. The turbo adds more than enough power. The sound of the doors closing says it all. It says quality. No rattle like you hear in some cars when you shut the door. Like I said this is the most satisfied ive ever been with a new purchase. I never thought I'd be saying that about a Hyundai. This is what my wife wanted. Happy wife Happy life and she's usually right in her desicions. This time she knocked it out of the ballpark.

2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

2026 RAM 1500 review
I have owned the Ford and GMC over the last 4 years. I purchased the 2026 Ram and was pleasantly surprised about the truck. Rides smoother, shifts better and preforms better than the other 2 rivals that I have owned. This truck has the straight 6 (Hurricane) that preforms better than the 5.0 Ford or the 3.0L diesel in the GMC. Smooth running with the best shifting 8 speed I have ever owned. Even better than my wife's Lexus. This truck even looks better than the other 2 rivals. Standard with heated seats and steering wheel, sliding back window, 12" screen and storage compartments in back floor board. Only only regret, I did not try the Ram earlier.

Recently brought my vehicle into Lithia Ford's Body Shop following what at first appeared to be a fairly minor fender-bender. The diagnosed actual front end damage as well as various and sundry body dents and scratches caused me, the consumer, some real concerns. Enter Robert Wadsworth, Body Shop Manager, who calmly explained to me the repairs needed, timeline and cost. One week later I was picking up my 'good as new' (it really looked new!) car and it has since driven like the dream that it is! I'm grateful to Robert and his staff as well as Tim Freund, Parts Manager, who was so helpful with my purchase of new tires. Quicklane rocks! Everyone was friendly yet professional, and completed all service/work in a timely manner. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this dealer's Body Shop and Quicklane services.
