He strutted through the showroom with his eyes fixed on a new Expedition!! I told him mama can't afford a new vehicle!! Mama is an idiot, she forgot the wheel locks so they couldn't rotate my tires, but that's OK, we're going back tomorrow and Stryker will be THRILLED!!!! Thanks Skip and Shelly, for giving us a second chance, you're the BESTEST!!❤ Exactly why we don't go anywhere else for service!! Worth the drive EVERY time!! If I could figure a way to share a photo of us waiting in the lounge I would!!

This truck has all the options I could ask for. It is very comfortable and powerful. I like the ruby red color. We've only put a couple hundred miles on it so far, but everything works great.

Late one December Saturday afternoon, I just wanted to look around at new cars at the GM dealership closest to my house. While walking around the parking lot, I met AJ, the salesperson watching the lot. For the next hour we walked around the lot checking out different GM models trying to determine which one would meet all or most of criteria as I did not have a set model in mind. I left Saturday with a better understanding of the GM models. The following Monday, I discovered a 2026 Equinox Activ that had been delivered to the lot (it had just been delivered and was not in the front area) and contacted AJ about it. He said it was there and would have it ready for me to look at within the hour (I live 10 minutes away). The car met all of the criteria I had given AJ on Saturday. A test drive, a quick trip to see how well it fit in my garage, convinced me this was my car. On Tuesday, after some trade-in value negotiation and AJ's unwillingness to let this sale slip away, I purchased it and drove it home the same day. AJ was the perfect salesperson for this situation, he listened, he informed, and he laughed at my car stories. He knew how to have a genuine conversation with his customer.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

Purchased a 2026 RS with all the Toys. Love the larger size. This is my 3rd Equinox and so far it is the best overall. The only thing I haven't figured out is the windshield display which the salesman also couldn't do. When I get a chance I will figure it out.

This was my first oil change/tire rotation on my Buick Encore. I forgot to tell them that I would wait on site.The service department reacted to my request for expedited service. Car was ready in no time. Great service!

I visited the Preston Boulevard Ford of Lewes to see their 2022 Ford Escape. When I entered the store, Terry Spencer immediately asked if he could help me. I told him about the Iced Blue Silver Metallic SE I had researched online and he answered that he had one and would bring it out. Terry is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, Godly and a geat person. He spent a few hours with me going over the features of the car, taking a test drive, explaining features to me that I was unfamiliar with, discussing the Government 5-Star Safety Ratings, discussing the purchase and financing. The whole process was easy to understand and seamless because of his explanations. Terry answered all my questions and assisted me with the return of the Enterprise loaner car. He did all he could to help me. He could not have been more helpful!! Within a few days, I was the owner of a beautiful Iced Blue Silver Metallic Ford Escape SE. Bought this to replace a vehicle I had owned for 15 years and I will say that catching up with the technology has been interesting. I wanted the off road capabilities and have not yet (at 2500 miles) had a lot of opportunity to see what it will do in mild off road situations but so far am impressed with performance so far. Ride is very good, typical GM stuff, seats maybe could be a little nicer, I am 75 years old and while this is a nice ride (longest trip from Michigan to Tennessee so far) it is comfortable but seems like it could a little more comfy, GM always wants to put you in that next up category. Surprised at the power of a four cylinder 2.5 L engine, that thing can turn the tires over if you are not careful. Overall I am very satisfied with this vehicle after four months of ownership and would recommend it, no problems, no surprises, oh, and really like the Google maps and large screen. Looking forward to my next road trip with this vehicle, its a nice ride. I might say too that I have owned a full size truck (Avalanche) before and prefer a predominantly front wheel drive vehicle so that was something that influenced this purchase decision.

I had the truck for about 3weeks, so far every thing rocks good power for pulling my camper and comfortable. There a few quirks with the electronics but hopefully they will work themselves out. Would purchased again. Have not gone off road yet will update, when experience it.

I would recommend this dealership and service to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. Not only did they have the exact vehicle I wanted but they went above and beyond in assisting me with answering my questions and making my experience with a vehicle purchase the best one I have ever experienced. My salesman, Robert Hammond, was extremely knowledgeable and was great to work with and next time I need a vehicle I will be going directly to Robert.

We were very pleased with the performance and comfort of the car. However, we found that when you make a turn, the tire opposite the turn direction extends out over the plane formed by the doors, spraying road dirt along the side of the car from the front wheel well to the rear wheel. The dealership was no help. So happy car washing.
