We called the dealership looking for a specific car and was connected with Delmer Poe who spent a lot of time answering questions about the car, the whole process of evaluating out trade in and putting us in the car of our dreams. We have been completely satisfied with Delmer's personal attention to our needs. Delmer provided us with an outstanding car buying experience and we were also impressed with how nice the facility looked. We will be buying another car soon and we were so happy with Delmer's assistance we will only work with him in the future. Very pleasant experience, made me felt comfortable, and really important as a customer. They presented all the available options, and different vehicles. The Dealer was so professional and was ready to answer all my questions.

In the performance category, it needs to have the gas mileage up since they went to a V6 dual turbo you ought to be knocking on 25 miles to gallon like the Chevrolet’s in the Fords,, as far as driving performance it’s great. It’s just the gas mileage. It’s suffers, and I drive at wild.

I appreciated that they treated my needs with respect and listened to what i needed or wanted and fulfilled as much as they could. I dislike being pushed and I found the sales team and manager very relaxing.

I purchased the Kia Sportage EX Hybrid model. It is very comfortable and nice to drive. There are many extras with this model. I am still learning the options available. I purchased it on 11/1/2025 the phone app is great to have. The warranty is great as well, we took the paint protection plan considering we live in the Midwest. Go check out the Kia Sportage Hybrid I think you will find it worth your while.

This is an updated review from the original I posted a couple of weeks ago. I'm very happy to say that it's a positive improvement. The response from the dealership led to a resolution we are extremely satisfied with. We felt heard, and, once we were in contact with the right people,they were nothing but professional when addressing the situation. We will return to this dealership for future Hyundai needs. The 4/5 stars is simply due to the fact that things weren't seamless from the get go. But, they have a 5 star rating from us when it comes to the General Managers view on customer service. Our original issue had to do with the availability of the right trim of the vehicle being available after we had driven from out of town. We did end up buying a car from this dealership once the correct one was available. This is 100% due to their approach to customer service. Top notch.

Been driving my new Santa Fe XRT for 40 days now. The vehicle is great and has been useful for me. The financing process with Hyundai Motor Finance has been positive too. No complaints. Love my new family SUV. My dog loves it too.
