My first Toyota, I’m very impressed with the smooth ride and upgraded options and interior finishes in the 25’+ models. I decided to go with the 26’ XLE and I am not disappointed! I’m in the Midwest so it’s very cold in the winter and the cold weather package has been great! Definitely go with the 12.3” multimedia screen, it’s a huge upgrade from the 24’ and older models. Looking forward to 300k+ miles one day.

What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

I went into the dealership on a whim as I was not privy to the level of vehicle Volvo had been producing. Rafik, was extremely professional, patient and the ideal sales member. Rafik greeted me warmly and without pressure showed me the advantages of getting a Volvo. He made the car not only seem fantastic, but specifically fantastic for me. He stayed patient when we went over pricing and never seemed irritated, or pressured me during negotiations. He genuinely seemed to care that I left the dealership with a car I loved and a payment I was happy with. I had been visiting dealerships for nearly two weeks and Rafik’s demeanor was a breath of fresh air. I can say without a doubt that he was the best sales person at any of the dealerships I had dealt with. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful Volvo, that perfectly combines luxury, convenience, safety and is amazingly fun to drive.

Nate was the best he definitely went above and beyond and made sure I was getting everything that i wanted he also went out his way in told Me personal stories on the cars what I wanted to give me a better visual of the car and if it was for me , he didn’t just try and tell me what ever to get me to buy what ever he made sure to get me to buy a car that I truly wanted so Nate ! Very good car overall. I like the fact that this year (2026) Kia went more the truck feel and structure with the Sportage rather than the sedan feel and structure. I perceive more stability and comfort compared to the previous models. It feels more durable.

I want to commend Jack for his outstanding service. Dealing with recalls can be a hassle, but Jack made it easy with his prompt communication and organized scheduling. Having a loaner car provided was the icing on the cake. Truly professional and customer-oriented service!

Don't understand the earlier review - liked the car but only gave it a 1 rating overall??? I LOVE this car, 5 rating overall. Just purchased a month ago, so cannot rate reliability yet. However, comfort and performance are stellar. With a 300+ mile full range, you cannot be too concerned about finding a charging station. Just do a little planning. Everything well designed. You do need to figure out all the bells and whistles though. Manual was written by someone whose first language is not English.
