Purchased a new car for my Grandmother here. I have never had anything close to the experience i got here. From the initial hello when i walked thru the door, to the final handshake, these folks are top notch! I personally worked in the car business for over 10 years and have yet to be treated better in any dealership. They will continue to have my business for years to come.

1 month in and really enjoying the car. Very comfortable and quiet. The ride is smooth and pretty responsive for a true 3 rom suv. Charging has been easy and can use any fast charging stations. Home charge is very easy. Set the time, plug it in and all charged by morning. The range is holding pretty true. Using air-conditioning and cooling seats on the highway will drop the estimated range but I still did 270 miles I am 6'5" and I can fit in the 3rd row and have someone my size in front of me. The electronics are all their and using the auto hold a lot.

Love my 2026 Honda crv exl I had another crv from 2007 that died at 400,000 miles. So happy with this vehicle. Would highly recommend!!

I upgraded from a 2017 Explorer Sport to a 2025 Explorer ST. It handles better. It sounds better. It is faster. The interior is way better. The seats hug you. The infotainment system is fast and works really well.

The car looks great. We have enjoyed the feel of the car on the road and the ease of use of the controls and rear view camera.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

First Subaru ever. Got the Ascent Touring onyx. Fully loaded. The handling is great. I love the all wheel drive. It is much zippier than my Toyota Highlander Hybrid. For the money, the safety equipment, and extras are worth it. I LOVE the auto vehicle hold! Never knew I needed it until I had it. I miss the mileage of my hybrid, but the amount I drive it is not too much of an overall ownership cost difference. The center counsel system is slow to react sometimes, and would like physical buttons. Otherwise I love the large screen. Happy that the shifter is actually a shifter not a button or knob. Love the rear view camera, and surround cameras for parking are good. App, is better than most, and facial recognition is great for seat, mirror adjustments and lifetime gas mileage!

I was originally searching for an SUV. Trading in my high mileage Toyota Camry with way too much road noise, I was looking for the same reliability and an engine with the same "get up and go". I was attracted to the low percentage financing on both Toyota and Honda trucks, I am retired and now I can leave my funds in my IRA and pay a low interest rate and continue to gain in my investments, and not pay the income tax on a one time withdrawal. I love the quiet ride of the Ridgeline. The Honda is easier for me to get into. It is more like getting into an SUV than the Toyota Tacoma. The V6 engine gives me the ability to get around slow moving vehicles safely on two lane roads. I love the ride of my Ridgeline which is more like an SUV because it is on a car chassis not a truck chassis, but I can haul larger items than an SUV. I was also attracted to the Ridgeline because it is already set up to pull my small trailer for my ATV. I love the swing out tailgate for reaching into the back. The roomy trunk in the bottom of the truck bed is amazing, and holds so many misc items and groceries. My Honda Ridgeline will be so much help when I need to take my daughters wheel chair on trips. I have not tested out the All Wheel Drive, but I am looking forward to it's assistance in the Sand Dunes. I have put almost 2000 miles since my purchase a month ago. I Love my Honda Ridgeline

Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped

This review is long overdue, but well deserved. One experience that really stands out is when I was in an accident and had to have my car towed. It was just before the service department was closing for the weekend, and I was expecting to be without a car for quite some time. But Steve made sure my vehicle was taken in immediately, and thanks to his quick action and dedication, I was back on the road the following week. That level of commitment and care is rare — and deeply appreciated. I feel I must update my review from last month as Kia finally replaced the Power Relay Assembly and everything works perfectly now! Lucky that it presented as AC not blowing cold air. The car is an absolute pleasure to drive. We're planning a long road trip over Thanksgiving looking forward to using the Tesla supercharging network.

Purchased pre owned Ram truck. Johnathan was courteous and patient. Totally non painful buying experience. All staff pleasant. Detailing did miss a couple of areas, but I poke in places most people don’t. Would recommend

I visited multiple different vehicle dealerships and explain to everyone that I was not immediately looking to buy a vehicle but will be in the coming weeks due to relocating to Connecticut and Kia of Old Saybrook’s Custome Advocate Anthony Russo was extremely understanding and helpful through the whole process and ultimately the reason why I chose to go with Kia. Showed me multiple different models and was not pushy or overbearing at any point during the experience. After deciding on a lease for a new Kia Niro PHEV I dealt with the service manager Alex Pashchak to get the final financing paperwork done and he was also terrific and not pushy at all, explained all the extended warranty packages to me in detail and helped set one up that would work perfect for me in the future. Anthony made sure to introduce me to the service department and set up my first appointment with them before I left (they were also terrific) Anthony also made sure he’s been available over the phone anytime. I had any questions about the vehicle and even reached out afterwards to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and if I had any more questions. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend to anybody I know looking to buy a car to go to Kia of Old Saybrook and work with Anthony.
