I love this car! ‘26 Sedan Sport trim level is excellent as is the lower and higher trims. I traded in my 2014 Civic sedan Lx and got a great lease deal from the dealership. I got it in the new Blue Lagoon color which is an extra cost option(all paint colors should be standard)but it looks great with the black trim. Drives great, great mpg, reliable as a Honda should be. It’s like driving a mini Accord.

Alec was the most hospitable car salesman I could have hoped for. He ran outside to greet us when we arrived. He helped find exactly what we were looking for. He gave his genuine honest opinion and didn?t try to sugarcoat anything while we were talking. And he got us in and out in under two hours. Overall incredible experience. Also, Go Vols Alec.

We were not happy with the loaner car we were provided while we wait for the 2024 Palisade seatbelt recall. No one at the dealership could tell us how long we would have to wait for our car! We found out from Google and AI that Nov 10th there will be some news. We feel we should have been provided a vehicle more comparable to the auto 1we purchased. The Venue is no car for a 78 yr. old. with a hip replacement. Other than that we love the car we bought and test drove. The new dealership is beautiful, clean and spacious. The salesman John was very courteous, and friendly but was not very knowledgeable regarding the Palisade we purchased.

Service was fine but to many texts, calls, and surveys for a simple oil change. No need for that much communication for just a simple oil change. Just like this having to be 25 letters.

I used Nissan of Cookville for an oil change and tire rotation. Elijah was my service advisor and was professional and helpful. He facilitated a ride to and from a restaurant for my wife and I while the work was being done. Great people there.

My sales rep Justin Johnson did a great job and kept all of the promises on the deal. I drove 800 miles to get this deal and he did not ket me down. He has followed up multiple times to make sure everything is going fine.
