I got a message back within a hour or so from the dealer to get more info on a car my family was interested in. We were then assigned to Noah Phillips. He is very patient and kind, and willing to answer all of our questions. Because we’re out of state, it added more work for him but he persevered, even getting the dealer to agree to help fix some items on the car for us, which led to a sold car deal for him and a new (to us) car for us! I was treated like Family. They always follow-up with any concern that may arise and let me know what is going on. The trust is there, just like if I was talking to one of my adult children. Keeping me safe on the road with confidence. Such a great relationship with the Service Team. They let me know when I have upcoming scheduled maintenance that will have extra cost so the I can financially prepare in advance. Hard to find customer service like that anymore. The sales experience overall was good. There were some bumps and hurdles which is what has it ranked at 4/5 Stars. My husband is who made the purchase. LT was my original salesman. He is awesome! I told him everything my husband was looking for, and to make sure Wood Nissan could possibly help with his trade situation, He assured me we were looking at the right vehicle and we just needed to come in. When we came in to get the appraisal and do the test drive, LT wasn't in, so we did everything with Steve. Who was very patient with my husband, and was very knowledgeable about the Rogue. So then everything began with the application. The terms originally, were very doable and favorable. Due to my husband being an independent contractor, is where the issues fell. JT was sales manager, I believe and I appreciate how straight forward he was. He did help us out by giving us more for his trade in. The issue was the bank we got the approval from having us send documents constantly, the same stuff over and over. Mario did put our mind at ease by staying on the bank to get the loan funded. But the fact the bank turned around and shortened the loan making the monthly payments higher was where the bad part of the finance experience came in. But my husband loves his new car and is glad he was able to trade his old car in instead of having a repo! So thank you guys for helping us!

I had a fender bender with my car. I researched my options to take my car for bodywork. I was very pleased to see Rob Sight's dealership on the insurance list. I was fortunate enough to see Rob when I was out there. He took the time to look at my car and give me some very good information. I was very please with the Collision Center and the manager Randy did such a nice job of informing where they were with the car and when I would be able to pick up. He was very gracious when I talked to him. I wasn't waiting around for any calls. I would recommend anyone to take there car there. I don't think it matters what kind of car you have. Rob Sight Collision Center was listed with my insurance company as a preferred center to call. My insurance company hit the nail on the head, so to speak.

They were great to work with, I tested an Explorer and it was very nice, but on a front wheel drive platform, and I needed an Expedition and they didn't have 1 at the time.
