Able to text me after hours when it was the best time for me. Frank was very professional and courteous and I highly recommend him. I flew from San Antonio, TX to Lawton, OK. Lawton is an hour east of Altus and Frank went the extra 56.2 miles twice to pick my brother and I up from the airport..on his day off. I finally saw the car in person for the first time and knew it was a good decision. The paperwork was signed and we were on our way. A fun and scenic six hours later we made it home. This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

Today I purchased a car at Putnam in Altus. I must say going into it I was very nervous seeing as though it was my first car buying experience, I was also a little worried because my car was an 04 Taurus and I wasn't sure they would be willing to work with me on a trade. the first time I went I just looked at the cars on the lot and talked to Ramiro and john who were very knowledgeable and not pushy at all, I wasn't ready to drive because I wasn't committed to the thought of buying yet. yesterday I went back and Ramiro helped he by letting me drive the cars I was interested in and even talked to me a little about what my options were as far as my interest rates, he even had the sales manager Dell come out and speak to me about everything he could do to get me in the car that was best for me, he even offered me $500 for my trade! Today I purchased a 2013 Camry and could not be happier!!! Gary (the finance manager) worked so hard to get my payments exactly where I needed them to be. the customer service here is top knotch, and they made my first time buying smooth and comfortable!!!! definitely recommending Putnam to my friends!
