Shes turned a usually painfully taxing chore into a pleasurable worry free experience. Everyone else was nice too, not pushy at all! They're all experienced professionals who got everything right the first time and if I ever need another car in the future I won't need to look any where else.

We took are car in for a/c problems and technicians solved the problem in no time. I would highly recommend them to anyone with car issues. Fast friendly & reliable.

I just wanted to say how refreshing it was to have a GREAT experience! I'm 68, and recently puchased a used vehicle from McGraw Ford. Not only did a I receive a good price, they bettered the offer I was getting with the financing, so of course I took their offer. But they went beyond that... within a day or two after my purchase,the vehicle developed a problem with the AC. I was worried that they would not make it good, but I was assured that it would be taken care of by Mike, the general sales manager. He is a man of his word. They replaced the AC compressor for me. I've purchased 43 cars in my life, and I genuinely say the friendliness, professionaism and overall expereince was at the very top of those 43 purchases. I highly recommend this dealership as a result of my excellent experience.

Even though I bought my Town and Country at another dealer before AS built their dealership, I have received excelent service on my van each time I have brought it in. This includes any recall, extended warranty work, as well as anything else I needed done, such as routine servicing. All of personnel were professional, pleasant and helpful, even when I was in need of special service or attention due to time constraints. Walked in and was Greeted by Tony Polsinelli. He is Very helpful, very patient. I say patient because I have 3 little ones! Very nice, awesome sales man. I bought this after going to the dealer just to look at colors. I had a 2016 Chevy 1500 LTZ that I loved. There was my down payment and took this Denali home. Only 2 options. Paint and moonroof. I thought my chevy with 3.42 gears was quick. This one goes with 3.23's. The ride is great. Fit and finish are perfect. My only complaint is this Bose/Apple play radio is not what the 2016 Bose was.
