We texted back and forth for a few days about the car and pricing. I was also put in contact with Martice Glenn, Sales Associate. Kevin demonstrated the Toyota customer service philosophy when I arrived 2-hours before the dealership closed, and even though his shift had ended, Kevin stopped to ask if I needed help. I was sold on TOYOTA of LOUISVILLE before I had even selected my new car, because of Kevin's professionalism, honesty and thorough knowledge of TOYOTA products. My experience at Toyota of Louisville was refreshing, and vastly different than my experience at another Toyota Dealership. we have owned this car for about 18 months. We get about 49.7 mpg i saw other reviews that gave a value rating of 4 out of 5. Name me one car that gets this good gas milage, and the most reliable hybrid system available and holds its value 5, 10, 15 and 20 years better than a Camry!!

• Hybrid system works well - very smooth acceleration and braking. Frequently runs in pure electric mode with motor off. • Wireless CarPlay connects well and I’m able to use Google Maps on the vehicle display. • Vehicle range doesn’t seem as good as expected – only been through one tank of gas but got just over 630 km out of a full tank (all city driving). • When I start the car there’s an annoying Toyota safety/warning message on the vehicle display that stays on for too long and prevents me from getting to the map right away. • Having the radio station selection on the map display is a bad idea - searching for stations takes your eyes off the road too long. A separate radio control panel with physical buttons would be better. • The fake leather seats on this 2026 Camry SE are rather slippery/cold, and I wonder how long they will last – I’d much preferred all cloth seats. • Oddball interior styling has this large, fabric covered flange coming out of the dashboard between the passenger and the center console. It seems to serve no purpose and it will likely get very dirty in a hurry. • There is an annoying rear seat passenger seatbelt warning every time you start the car. I had to connect all the rear seatbelts to get it to stop. • There is a tiny cargo net in the trunk but no hooks high on the side to secure grocery bags etc. • The vehicle remote is huge and uncomfortable in my pocket – about half the size would’ve been reasonable.

This truck has all the options I could ask for. It is very comfortable and powerful. I like the ruby red color. We've only put a couple hundred miles on it so far, but everything works great.
