I enjoy going to Hendrick VW, in Frisco, because it is a nice clean environment, with friendly people. There is a VW dealership right by where I live. I still driver further to Hendrick VW, because my always have good experience there. Everyone in sales are nice and knows their inventory. The service team are always friendly and will provide the best service they can.

Our 2026 Tiguan is very roomy for a mid size SUV. Luggage space is enormous. The 2.0L engine is responsive and more that enough for average driving. HP increased to 201 hp in new model. Comfortable ride. SE w/ panoramic sun roof and AWD (MSRP $38k) provides plenty of bells and whistles to keep the tech fan happy. Nice size touch screen handles A/C, heat, and other stuff. CON: Like many manufacturers, they are tending to do away with the traditional shift handle on the center console. The gear selector on the Tiguan is a stalk on the right side of the steering column. You select "D, N or R" by twisting the control forward or back. Park is enabled by pushing a button in at the end of the stalk. No more manual mode either. Not hard to get used to using but, "WHY". Overall, so far, I like the car a lot. This is our 8th VW lease.

This is my second VW from Hendrick, in Frisco. The dealership is alway a friendly and welcoming environment. The sales and service teams are friendly and courteous. Trinity Howell, helped me with my trade in, and he was great. He knew their inventory and helped the transaction complete smoothly.

I bought a 2026 Tiguan SE R-Line Black FWD on 12/06/25. After 2 big road trips and 2825 miles I’m averaging 29 mph and love the overall seat comfort, performance and feature set. This is my 5th VW/Audi, following an ‘87 Golf GT, ‘05 A4 Avant, ‘09 Passat and ‘12 Golf TDI 6m wagon. This generation Tiguan has recaptured a lot of the old VW magic: thoughtful design, higher-quality materials and smart packaging. It feels like it should cost more than it does! It drives more like a lifted wagon than an SUV/crossover.

This truck has all the options I could ask for. It is very comfortable and powerful. I like the ruby red color. We've only put a couple hundred miles on it so far, but everything works great.

Bought a used XC90 from them and it went smooth...price was better than most anyone I could find and I got in and out in about 2 hours all in. overall pretty happy and surely happy with the crazy low price I got. will come back.

I gave the salesman what I wanted to pay before I came in and he said he would try and get those numbers. The sales manager put together a deal that worked for everyone. I gave a little extra on my trade in and they matched by taking off the MSRP . Overall really good experience the staff was all friendly and service team professional.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

I met Michael Krantz, the AutoNation Sales Representative who assigned to me by the Manager of the Service Department who I had met through my daughter, Shelby, who has having her car serviced (she drives a Ford Bronco) when I bought a car on March 19th at AutoNation when Shelby and I asked for a great salesperson to help us. Michael spent a lot of time listening to my reasons for wanting to downsize my car and how great it would be do have a truck for once (I was also moving this same week and that truck came in handy). What both he and Kyle Jones came up with for financing options met my needs and I was able to get a new truck the next day (and they even let me drive it off the lot the day before (I had closed the office as the last customer of the day) left and gave me a great financial package that got me what I wanted (and needed). I’ve only had my Bronco for a little over month now and have only driven it for 2 weeks because I was away but I am very pleased with it and highly recommend it. My last vehicle was a Jeep which I drove for 10 years and never reached 60,000 miles. I am confident that my Bronco Sport will serve me just as well as the Jeep.

I had a 2022 Elantra and loved it. It was time to upgrade my car, so I went with Elantra again. So far, this one has been great as well. My 2022 drove for 118,876 miles and had no issues with it. Hope to get the same from the 2026. Rides smooth and great on gas. I did get the sport model, and it looks really nice. Would really recommend it.

Update, I was quickly contacted by the GM who promised to make good on the car by either getting rid of the smell or take the car back.

We built/ordered 2024 GLC300 for my wife in May 2023. Took delivery on 12/1/2023. Darren Shin was our sales advisor. We moved our business from another Mercedes dealer because Darren was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the Mercedes autos, options, process, timeline, etc. He did NOT use any pressure whatsoever. he focused on educating us to ensure the vehicle was EXACTLY what my wife wanted.
