This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

Our Canyon was serviced quickly and came back working very well. There were a couple of issues with the truck that couldn't be handled right away, but we were provided with an appointment to bring the truck back to have the issues diagnosed and hopefully fixed, but if all the parts weren't in stock, we would have a call when they did come in and then we'd have the issues fixed. Much better service than the prior dealership we had bought the vehicle from.

My 2nd Subaru, quiet and roomy. I am 6'2" and this is the first car with the leg room and interior height where I do not feel cramped. Just the perfect size vehicle for my wife and I for getting around. Smooth ride and excellent handling. Visibility from the drivers seat is outstanding, The surround vision on our Touring model is very helpful for getting into tight parking and judging distances to objects in front or behind us. The ability to switch the review mirror from Mirror to Camera Mode for viewing objects beneath the hatchback window. The remote start with climate set has spoiled us for getting into a cold car in the winter or unbearably hot in summer. The information main screen was intimidating at first, but after a month we are quite comfortable with it. The menus at first seemed overwhelming but we quickly learned that once they are setup to our needs, they do not have to be accessed again, especially with the facial recognition making the comfort settings when either one of us sit in the drivers seat. My biggest complaint so far, is that if you turn off the engine start/stop function , you are reminded every time you start the car that it is indeed off and to confirm by pressing the confirm button on the screen. Very annoying. other than that we are very happy with the 2026 Forester Touring.

THEY STILL TOOK MY CAR IN RIGHT THEN HAD THE OIL CHANGE DONE AND EVERYTHING BEFORE MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AT 5PM!!! I SENT MY REALLY GOOD FRIENDS TO PURCHASE THEIR CAR HERE JUST FOR THE AMAZING SERVICE DEPARTMENT, SALES DEPARTMENT, AND THE AMAZING WARRANTY THEY HAVE. A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

I purchased the 2026 Passport Trailsport Elite model and am very happy with it. I love the many extras that this package has, especially the heat/cool seats, as well as the heated steering wheel. I love how roomy and comfortable the ride is in both front and passenger seats. I will definitely travel in this vehicle. This is a reliable and a good looking vehicle that I plan to own for a long time.

Andrea has a very pleasant personality and she was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for and was able to answer all of my questions. She never was bothered by the amount of questions I asked and was always willing to go above and beyond to help me. Andrea is amazing at what she does! Andrea also found me the perfect car. I think I already answered this question Andrea knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to find me the car that I wanted that had everything on it. Purchasing the car seem to be pretty much a breeze and the finance department was excellent in their job.

Was scheduled for a service recall. Worked with Jeremy as our service advisor. He was upfront with us on repair times. He called me as soon as the recall service was complete because he knew we needed the vehicle. I will be happy to use them again!

We have bought new and used from this dealership as well as brought our vehicles here for service because they are the best. We live over 2.5 hours away and there are other options that are closer to us but we choose to drive the extra miles to use Steven?s Five Star because of the genuineness, reliability, and care they take with every vehicle they sell or service. I have never felt tricked or pressured to buy and I?ve always had peace of mind after dealing with them, no matter if it?s the service department or someone in sales or the financial office. We won?t use anywhere else for our vehicle needs.

Great SUV, the new displays are stunning. The only thing I’m not a fan of is there’s only 1 usb-a and 1 usb-c in the front (on Premier there are none in the center console) and no Cigarette lighter.

I liked the car I found & was satisfied with the offer. Got great service & was well taken care of.

I downsized from an Odyssey, and it's just the right size for this small 80-year-old woman. It's easy to get into, with the seat at the right height so I don't have to climb up or drop down. The only complaint I have as far as comfort goes is that there's no armrest attached to the driver's seat. I'm short, so when I raise the seat, my arm does not touch the center console, the intended arm rest. I love that they went back to the gear shift rather than buttons. As far as performance goes, I love it. It drives very smoothly and is very easy to drive, park, and U-turn. They improved the cruise control, which was uneven on the 2022 Odyssey, going up and down on hilly freeways. The paddles and the idle stop feature save fuel and brake pad wear. The dash display shows when gas is being used, and also when the battery is being charged while coasting. I'm very happy with this car.
