I have a 2021 Ford F150 Hybrid bought here in Las Vegas the Transmission when stopped at stop light or stop sign the truck would jerk as if someone had rear ended me. I called where I bought it Ford Country couldn't get it in for 3 months, called Friendly Ford couldn't even get a appt they had no idea, Gaudin was 30 days and Team Ford no one would answer there service phone. I called Mesquite Ford on a Tuesday they had my truck in for an appt that Friday, my truck stayed I was issued a loaner. Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!
