We purchased a New King Ranch Explorer earlier this year and were very pleased with our salesman George Rangel. This month we were in the market for pickup and went back to George for help in finding and buying a new Ranger. We have been very pleased working with George, we have found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable while looking for and purchasing a new vehicle. We had the opportunity to work with two Finance Officers and were very comfortable working with both of them.

We did a lot of comparison between the F250 and other American made pick up models. In our opinion, the 2026 F250 platinum model offered the best value for our purposes. We are very pleased so far.

Have the SEL turbo. Once of my favorite cars so far! Drives more like a car than SUV with a solid and sporty feel. VW got everthing right here. It's a great value for the price. More upscale and not over done.

The car I wanted sold 15 minutes before I got there. However this dealership went above and beyond. They had two other similar cars pulled out and waiting for me when I arrived. They also called me when another couple started to look at the car I had made an appointment to test drive, giving me the opportunity to save myself the drive. The staff was very helpful and professional. If they hadn't sold the one I wanted, I would have enjoyed giving them my business. Everything was clean. Staff was very knowledgeable.

This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

They fixed a recall. I was pleased. Not sure what else would benefit your service I love my subaru Forester ..... and would recommend a subaru to friends.

Outstanding vehicle. Quiet, dependable, comfortable. Acceptable power and economy. Pity the turbo is no longer available. This is our fourth Subie. No issues with any of them. Change the oil every six months and do the timing belt at 100K miles and it’s good for 200K plus.

We had a great experience buying our Malibu. They were great answering all our questions and paper work was quick. I know we will be back again for our next vehicle.

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

They got me in immediately to fix my 6.7 Super Duty. I decided to test drive another's Super Duty and by the time I took the test drive ( about 30 mins) my truck already had a new Turbo Intercooler hose on, tested and ready to go! But it gets better, the owner was so friendly that he invited me into his personal office just chatting with me. He was very cool. I'm considering an upgraded vehicle purchase and they are very low pressure. They just switched me to their customer for life!

Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

Received response to interst within half hour and then a follow up call when the car was being sent to auction as they did not want to keep it. The salesman has since contacted me and ask if I was still lookin for a vechile and I shared that was true, but only an American sedan, so it would fit my long legs and have a comfortable ride for four individuals.

Wally was very easy to deal with. He made buying a new car at Skyline Ford easy going and not stressfully. As did the rest of the Skyline Ford staff that we had the pleasure to deal with. This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

Great experience with Honda of Salem. We are from the Seattle area. We set out on a out of town trip in our new Honda CRV. We were close to the Portland area when we lost connection with Apple Car Play. We pulled into Honda of Salem unannounced with no appointment. A couple guys from the service department tried to get it up and running but they were unsuccessful. They finally said they were going to get the software expert to look at it. They summoned Mr Philip Pham from the Sales/internet department. Within 30 minutes he had everything reset and working like new. He also explained some of the systems & how they worked on our new car. Actually he explained things far better than our experience up in Seattle. I have purchased several cars in my lifetime. My experience with BMW of Salem was fantastic. I was initially contacted via email by Ryan when I inquired about a used vehicle for sale. The follow up was appreciated and setting an appointment to test drive the vehicle. When we arrived to the dealership the car was parked out front and ready for us....no usual waiting for this or that. Ames took us out on the first test drive and was very pleasant. I worked with Ryan, Ames, TJ and Keith and they were exceptionally great communicators, kind, and professional. Which we appreciate. After our initial test drive with Ames we made a verbal offer then wanted to take a 2nd test drive. They made sure we had everything we needed to make our purchasing decision. They walked us through everything and even checked on us several times as we waited for Keith to free up to complete our purchase paperwork. Keith went above and beyond agreeing to go on the 2nd test drive with us since he was the most familiar with our used car Ford F150 purchase. After our purchase was completed Keith helped us pair our phones and went over the features of the truck we purchased even though this was not within the scope of his job description. He truly went above and beyond for us. TJ made sure our numbers were correct, explaining the difficulties and limitations of our purchase since we were WA residents and they could not register the car for us. Ryan made sure we were gassed up, cleaned up, keys ready as soon as our paperwork was completed. Their pricing was fair and they worked within our budget and constraints being from Washington. I bought this and have no complaints. It is a solid ride, super fast and fun to drive. It is very futuristic and I think it will hold its value mostly because there will be few sold due to tariffs and trumps anti EV stance. If VW could sell the cargo version in the US, there would be a million on our roads within a couple of years. I love my ID Buzz and am excited to drive spending less than $1.00 to go 30 miles.
