We bought our 2022 Toyota RAV4 XLE from Baxter, so we knew we wanted to buy our 2026 Corolla LE from them. From the minute we walked in, and my husband went up to the counter to say he wanted to test drive a Corolla, we were taken care of. The nice man at the counter immediately went and brought Kass to us. Kass was so friendly and knowledgeable about Toyota. He showed us the available Corolla’s and let us pick which one to test drive. Throughout the test drive, he explained in detail all the aspects of the car. He answered any questions we had. Like with buying our RAV4 three years ago, there was no pressure to buy. We chose the Corolla we wanted to buy within a short time after the test drive. Kass went through the purchase, explaining everything. He made sure we understood and again, there was no pressure to complete the purchase. After the paperwork was signed, and we were back at the car, Kass introduced us to Cecelia, who was there to show us how to navigate the digital system. She also set up CarPlay and added the Corolla to the Toyota app. Cecilia was so friendly and welcoming. We are very happy with our experiences at Baxter. The huge computer screen in the center counsel was slow and unresponsive during the cold weather months. Actually, the computer screen is the only issue with the truck.
