There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

Very pleased with the roominess and performance of this vehicle. The Kia warranty can't be beat. Only downside is the some of the newer options are not available.

Just got a new 2026 Tahoe from Hendrick Chevy and had the greatest experience, which is so refreshing in the car buying industry. We are a super busy family with very little time to visit multiple dealerships and go through all of the sales tactics. We called up to Hendrick to ask if they had any current deals on the new Tahoes that could get in our price range. The first guy we were transferred to was a bit too salesy & just told us to come in and he?d take care of us (N name I can?t remember). We hung up and planned to drive right passed Hendricks, but my husband decided to call back and see if we could get a different associate & im so glad he did. We were transferred to Molly Dickinson who was absolutely fabulous from the start- she immediately got with Jeremy G to check on deals. He ran numbers & confirmed he could get in our price range & he even discovered an amazing GM supplier discount we qualified for through my job. We came in the very next day to meet with Molly & see the car. She was so incredibly knowledgeable of all of the Tahoe features, very pleasant & willing to go all the way for customers. I felt like Molly had my best interest in mind through the whole process, which was so nice & something I?ve not experienced when buying cars in the past. We came back the next day ready to sign papers & worked with Luis Moreno- another absolute gem at Hendrick! Incredibly knowledgeable & genuine guy. I?ve never felt like I could trust so many great people in the car buying process! We dealt with a few other associates who were equally as pleasant, but I really have to shoutout Molly and Luis for all they did. Molly is 100% responsible for us walking out with a 2026 Tahoe from Hendrick because of her willingness to go the extra mile and find the info we needed from that first call. We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.

This was my first time getting my oil changed. I didn't have an appointment and it was done in about an hour. They are awesome. they had snacks and wifi. I had a great experience

Bought in Dec 2024 with a great deal. We needed a new car to support 3 car seats. The two choices in the category are mainly between the Sienna and the Carnival. Why we chose the Carnival: Availability: You had to pre-order a Sienna or wait 6-9 months to get one. Pricing: The Sienna was on average $10k higher with comparable features and no ability to negotiate down the pricing. Driving: The Carnival is quite speedy off the line given it is a hybrid. We live in a very hilly area (Colorado). The Sienna really struggled and was very loud going up normal hills. Looks: The Carnival looks like an SUV (Chevy Traverse). The Sienna looks like your typical minivan. The Pearl white color is especially beautiful up close. Tech: Large entertainment screen makes reading text / maps very easy. Rear seat camera is nice to see what the kids are doing. Wireless charger, bluetooth CarPlay work great. Expanded rear view camera. Things we wish the Carnival had: AWD: The Sienna is available with AWD (although no models on the lot had it). Instead of AWD we spent $1700 on snow tires, which typically perform better than AWD and all-seasons tires. Auto-dimming mirror / Homelink in the EX trim. I purchased an OEM and installed it myself for ~$275. The dealer price was around $800. Sure wish a $40k car came with an auto dimming mirror when it comes with a rear seat camera! Concerns: Kia has that nice 10 year warranty, but I'm not sure how well the interior will hold up to 3 kids under 5. The Kia connect app also did not work upon purchase and it requires a factory reset at the dealer Overall: Happy with our purchase. It looks like an SUV but has the space and maneuverability of a minivan. It's fast off the line for a car that gets 36 MPG. It's got the tech of more expensive car. Given Toyota's significant number of recalls, I wouldn't default to Toyota as being the safer / nicer option. I don't think it is worth the extra $.

Purchased a new Ford escape today. We were immediately met by a wonderful sales person named AJ Johnson. She was extremely helpful and helping my wife and I find the perfect car. The weather was terrible. It was cold and raining but it didn't stop AJ from going out into the lot and bringing back cars for us to test drive. She was very knowledgeable in numerous vehicles, and answered all our questions. She made us feel very comfortable. On a scale of one to 10, AJ was a perfect 10.

1. Recall for headlight switch assembly. 2. Oil Change. They fit me in at the end of the day after I picked up my other car which was in for a recall. Found out that the windows were cleaned inside and outside and now repel water. Been having trouble with window wipers for some time. So, unless someone snuck into my truck and cleaned the windows, It must have been Dick Smith who did this nice thing for me.

I would have to say that this dealership is spot on ! My daughter who is in the navy was in need of a bigger car . She has some ideas of what she wanted (Bronco) being that she is a single mom she wanted something that was much bigger then her Jetta she had. From the moment she stepped in there they gave her the attention she needed . I always say it’s the little things with a dealership. That got her the car she wanted ( she didn’t get floor mats ) that was the only thing but she was quite happy with her purchase. The owner of mills group is fantastic when I say he is a wonderful human being I mean it. The finance manager was fantastic and to be frank I believe my daughter and him bonded just by life experiences . Our sales guy was attentive and just a super down to earth guy. All in all if we could give this dealership a 10 we would. I have bought many range rover and defenders from Mills auto group and have always had the upmost customer service. She is very happy with making the choice to go to this dealership. One word Superb !

A very comfortable experience....no pressure... we worked with a Sales Consultant (Rico Gibson) who actually LISTENED to our description of what we wanted to buy, rather than trying to sell us what he wanted to sell...they were willing to locate the car we wanted at another dealership within their corporate group and brought it to Columbia from NC..all in all, a very positive car buying experience.
