My overall experience was satisfactory our advisor Joseph Melendez kept us inform while my vehicle was being serviced. The only issue I had was picking up my vehicle I had to wait to be cashed out Joseph Melendez asked Drew Montenasco if he could cash me out he was attending another customer and he refused to. I waited at least 20 minutes before someone else was able to do it.
